Simon Vigar

/ 19 August 2016

Simon’s had a front row seat at the biggest Royal and sporting events in recent years, including weddings, Royal tours, a World Cup and the London Olympics.

He also reported on the election of the new Pope, the arrival of Prince George and every summer he is our man on ‘Murray-watch’ at Wimbledon.

Simon was one of the original reporters when Channel 5 launched in 1997 and returned ten years later to report on the Diana inquest. In between, he published two books and was the ‘news guy’ on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston.

Simon is ridiculously proud of his cameo on the ‘League of Gentlemen’ comedy series. He played a reporter.
