If you have forgotten the PIN you set to block access to G-rated content for your children, you can request it to be sent to your e-mail.
When you try to play a blocked episode, you will be prompted to enter your PIN. If you can't remember the PIN, click on the retrieve your PIN via e-mail link:
And then on the Recover your PIN screen, click the Confirm button:
Your PIN will then be sent to your e-mail address.
