When you use the internet, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) sends an Internet Protocol (IP) number or IP address to our servers to tell us where you are located.
Channel 5 is only licensed to make content available to the UK. If our video player doesn’t recognise your IP address as one from within the UK then you won’t be able to watch our programmes and video clips online.
Occasionally it may simply be a network error, so try closing your browser or router and reopening as new IP addresses are registered in the UK from time to time.
If the video player still doesn't recognise your address, please contact your ISP to ensure they are using an IP address that is registered in the UK.
