If the episode or clip you've selected doesn't start after the adverts it is most likely a problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). The transition between adverts and content can sometimes fail on slow connections, or those with intermittent problems.
Try closing unnecessary windows or programs and restarting playback. If you continue to have problems please contact your ISP.
