My5 Box Set Binge Twitter Vote additional terms and conditions

  1. The My5 Viewers’ choice Twitter vote (the “Vote”) is organised by and/or on behalf of Channel 5 Broadcasting Limited (“Channel 5”). By participating in the Vote you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Participants will be asked to vote on Twitter for  the programme  box set, out of a selection of three, they would like episodes to be broadcast from on My5 TV

 

  1. Participants can only cast votes on Twitter. There  is no alternative voting method.

 

  1. The programme box sets that participants will be invited to vote for and the invitation to vote will be tweeted out from My5’s Twitter account (@my5_tv) at 10am on Tuesday mornings.

 

  1. The Vote will close at 9am on the following Tuesday (7 days after the original tweet) and the winning box set will be broadcast on My5 TV the next day (Wednesday) at the time specified in the My5 programme guide online (http://www.channel5.com/tv-guide)

 

  1. In the event of a tie, the winning box set will be chosen by a representative of Channel 5 at their sole discretion.

 

  1. The episodes that will be broadcast from the winning box set will be chosen at Channel 5’s sole discretion.

 

  1. The eligibility of any Vote entry is at the sole discretion of Channel 5. Channel 5 reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent and/or bulk votes have been cast in a manner designed to manipulate the outcome of the Vote.

 

  1. Channel 5 may suspend, withdraw, cancel or reset the Vote for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.

 

  1. Channel 5, its group companies and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Channel 5 hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liabilities (whether express or implied) regarding the Vote.

 

  1. Channel 5 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and such posting shall be adequate notice to all participants.

 

  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
