Episode 2 guide
Discover the true stories behind the people featured in Big Body Squad.
Eddie
We also meet 52-year-old Eddie Sawyer from Southend as he's transferred from his home in Southend to a hospital in London.
The former truck driver tips the scales at 34 stone and he's hoping that having a gastric band fitted will be the answer to his weight problems.
The surgery will change the size of his stomach from the size of a football to that of an egg and, while it's risky, Eddie is determined to change.
With his mobility a cause for concern, Richard and Vito from the G4S Ambulance Service are on hand to ensure that his journey is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Brenda
The second episode of Big Body Squad features 43-year-old Brenda Flanagan-Davies from Gateshead.
Brenda is reportedly the most overweight woman in Britain and has been housebound for the past three years. Having outgrown her current property, she has no choice but to move.
While this would be stressful enough for even the fittest and healthiest of people, Brenda's 40-stone weight presents even greater challenges.
With the help of a community care grant and a trusty ambulance team, we join Brenda as she prepares to face the outside world. But can she overcome her nerves?
