Watching all the previous episodes, and not being funny, but i think it's so funny and exciting! there having fun, and your getting all the big characters. I think everyone is amazing and has there own character! get over it, it's only a game show:)

Soo, this was from a while back but, everyone saying ashleigh was being horrible to deana, not true. She said to some, lets not blame it all on deana she tried, even if yoyu dont like her, she wasn't a part in that really, she said deana tried, and that its not all her fault, so you shouldn't really blame ash for that.

OMG, just watched this episode. That is so harsh, those guys are bullies. Can't stand people like that. Arron and Conor just picking on someone who can't defend herself, picking on a women, thats not very manly is it? Terrible.

Big brother was meant to be a experiment to see how people react in an enclosed environment. If people want conner to be removed from the show because he made a comment in anger which he clearly regretted then use your vote when the time comes if you think otherwise you really should not be watching the show. Who suffered more shilpa shette in the house or jade goody out of it? If these people get out of hand they will be held to account by the public.

Why is every one demanding BB do what they say because they don't like what they saw? Shesh, BB is not some retailers where you can frickin moan...they don't choose what the house mates says and do (most of the time). Deana made the choice to go in to the house. If she doesn't like it, there are many more people out there who would love to be in her position.

Disgusted with the behaviour in this house. Absolutely disgusting that these bullies are a). getting away with bullying people and b). that they're even in the house at all. Completely shocked. Caroline, Ashley, Connor, Luke S, Aaron, Sara are all completely shocking.

This year Arron, Conor, Luke S, Caroline, Ashleigh and almost everyone else are showing themselves to be in almost every aspect not nice people. ALL will find not b quite so arrogant or smug when they leave as the boos will be deafening, EVEN if they make it to the final week.

I have just watched the episode when Connor abused Deanna on catch up tv. I am disgusted at the lack of action by the show. I would have thought you had learned your lesson due to a the fiasco and bullying incident a few years back. This person should be removed from the show immediately to send a message to all those young people out there that bullying is not acceptable. I am still in shock at what I witnessed tonight and the ineffectual way that big brother dealt with it. Shame on you, throw him out of the house. I feel so sorry for Deanna, and please everyone vote to keep her in. She has done nothing to deserve the bullying she is having to deal with. Imagine if it was you trapped in that house and the bully group ganging up on you. Horrible, truly horrible and no example has been set for this unpleasant bunch. It is a pack mentality. Has anyone here read Catcher on the Rye? Big Brother this time take action quickly and nip this in the bud. Remove him from the house. He would not get away with that abuse on the outside. Disgusting

Connor has nothing good what so ever about him hes a bully and thats it. Luke S thinks hes all that but hes just another bully. The girls need to be a better friend to lauren shes another whos been a bully, I think big brother should speak to all the house mates besides Lauren, Lydia, Deena, Luke A, Adam, shivonne, Becky and scott about their bullying its ridiculous they are getting away with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why was my comment removed? I did not use any offensive language, nor did I threaten anyone. I watched the programme on Monday night and I can say that I was horrified by what I heard. Reminding of the rules is irrelevant if they are not enforced. The question is, does Deana know exactly what was said? I don’t think she does. Did Connor give an apology to Deana, or was it just in the diary room for the benefit of the public? This needs to be dealt with, it hasn’t gone away.

I watched the programme on Monday night, and I can say that I was horrified by what I heard. Reminding him of the rules of the house is irrelevant if the rules are not inforced. Big brother and channel 5 are ultimately responsible for what is shown, and indeed what takes place in that house. Yes, maybe there are some people who joke like this on a daily basis, but there are also people who are dealing with being the victims of this behaviour on a daily basis too. The question is does Deana know exactly what was said? I don't think she does. Did Connor actually give an apology to Deana, or was it just for the public in the diary room? Big Brother needs to deal with this properly. It hasn't gone away.

I didn't bother to tune in last night and doubt I will watch the rest of the series. Prior to the who Connor issue, I was struggling with watching as some of the characters were too much. Where did they find these people? It's sad that they don't realise this is not the way to gain quick success in life. You work hard, respect yourself, considerate of others and happiness really comes within. BB seems to have come up with a cunning plan to intentionally put a house full of misfits together for their own gain and don't care about the impact it has on the public or the individuals involved in the house. It's a cruel game and far from entertainment. Connor will come out of the house with a psychotic fan base, boys like him, violence and abuse against women will become acceptable behaviour and the others will do a bunch of airhead interviews and justify his behaviour to "he was having a bad day and didn't physically follow through with his threats". Connor was at fault but BB is ultimately responsible for not making him accountable. I hope Deana has a good solicitor because she needs to also step up if she leaves this week and follow through with some legal action for the remarks made about her by him. People have gone to prison just for making threats on twitter or Facebook and BB is supposed to be social entertainment, therefore the same law should apply to all housemates inside. I understand people get angry and we all say things that we later regret but there has to be boundaries in place when you are on TV period. As for individuals on here saying "it's all harmless fun", you're deluded and will put it down to lack of empathy , personal life experience with a twist of common sense.

this episode is just the worst thing i've ever had to sit through from big brother. you think maybe deana can be a bit sly at times but she dosent deserve to be talked about like that. i think arron has found a way to get in the 'cool' gang and is bullying deana for caroline and conners amusement. gosh.

    Shocked

What an awful episode. 1. Very concerning that two or three charmless housemates of limited intelligence (Connor, Arron, Caroline) could exert such peer pressure so that they can say disproportionately nasty and divisive things and get away with it. 2. I agree that Deana is draining/irritating to watch as she appears to be always miserable poor love but the behaviour towards her tonight was uncalled for. 3. Big brother should have made it clear either way that the food task was not passed or 'failed' as a 'group' as it didn't seem that a different prize would have been given had Deana eaten her dish. 4. The big brother house has entered embarrassing territory by taking so little action - they couldn't even reason successfully with Arron. I really can't bear to watch this anymore - get rid of Connor Arron and Caroline and their minions - they're too stupid to see that bullies rarely see themselves as bullies and it sets a really bad example for the kids watching (as if a 'click and accept button' is going to prevent the under 18 from watching). Luke A to win (for lack of a better option).

I used to like connor but the fact that he hasn't apologised to deana is disheartening. Big brother has no standards in my eyes any more, as the more I watch it the more I cringe away at the blatant cruelty of caroline, connor and arron harbours. because they haven't taken an action against those three, it appears they've deemed this acceptable. Cannot watch this any more, my heart can't handle it. what a shame.

Conner maybe still holding grudge from that first nomination, he sound like a grudge holding person. The bitching isn't fun anymore it's plain nasty. Characters beginning to dislike so much, can't bare to watch them. At least benedict and chris had good hearts, bored of the faces of Becky, Luke S, Caroline, Aaron, Conner. I think they should replace Conner and put Chris back in. Deana has had bad luck with couple of things beyond her control. The three lads are total idiots. And why they all have this rage building up against Deana is really really troubling, I think the three lads are just so used to being adored by females and cannot deal with Deana giving them no attention, it is mighty weird how deep there anger goes towards Deana

I am so disgusted about whats going on in this episode...Im not a fan of Deana but there is no reason to why she should be treated in such a way annnnd on national television its humiliating and its bullying!!! I really think some of these so called contestants need a warning and a serious talking to because this behaviour is unacceptable. If this is a group of people representing our country then we should all be ashamed. This group are the most scheming, manipulating two faced and bullying people that has ever been on BB. I think BB has lost all sense of meaning this year especially when u compare it to the first few series. I dont think i will be watching next year and considering stoping watching it now! Not happy!

Forgive me if I don't believe that apology Conor, had he been sincerely apologetic then firstly his remarks about Deana would have changed & secondly he would have apologised to Deana. It's evident that bb can remove comments of the site however the question I find myself asking is why is it they refuse to remove Conor from the house. He was not even made to apologise to Deana, which as I recall was done when this show was aired on a different channel. Clearly this show may have changed channel but this is history repeating itself & on this occasion BULLYING BEING INCOURAGED not only by housemates but by channel 5. No doubt this message shall be removed as that is all bb can do rather than take action against the culprits they just remove comments to hide their involvement in the matter. In my opinion this makes bb worse for encouraging it. I hope if within the terms of being a bb housemate bb guarantee the safety of housemates they get sued as clearly they have failed miserably

I'll repeat what I wrote on the BBOTS comments, I was neutral on Connor before watching Mondays shows. Now I see what venom he is capable of. He and Arron have shown some extremely nasty unjust bullying traits, and Connors outburst was nothing short of disgusting. The 'cool club' ganging up on people who have done nothing nasty is very uncomfortable viewing. The only reddeming moment from that little gang was Ashleigh speaking up when so many of the others decided to blame Deana for Big Brothers disappointing prize. I'm assuming that was the same prize they would have got however many housemates would have been eligible? Just shows how nasty and vindictive so many (including Becky/Caroline etc ) are all too eager to pick on a scapegoat. And the excuses being made for Connors comments on here are a very worrying example of what some people seem to think is ok. Borderline bullying? If the actions and ganging up wern't enough surely those vile words took it way beyond borderline? Its a symptom of the underlying nastiness, that he could say that in front of a group of people and not have any of them pull him up on it!

  • miclc

The definition of "bullying" is "To treat in an overbearing, cruel or intimidating manner" ... this definition accurately describes Conor, Aaron, Becky and Caroline ... Caroline I think is one of the most sly and mentally abusive house-mate Big Brother has ever had. This would be a perfect time for the producers of Big Brother UK to show their strict morals and an ethical code of zero tolerance toward bullying and acknowledge it's seriousness. If the producers don't make an example of the bullies it is easy for viewers to feel these people are endorsing the show in the name of cheap entertainment. Big Brother has often been riddled with bad publicity, maybe it's time for Big Brother to show some integrity.

everyone who is saying connor should be eviced. i think are a bit over the top. i agree that the words he used wasnt the best and can be seen as border line bullying, but he has got a point. the majority of housemates has horrible food. but ate it. deana, is such a drama queen. i understand she may not like it, but it was only spam. she could of at least had a good attempt to eat it. i agree with arron. she changes when she knows the camera are on her. this was all a show , but it back fired, thats why at the end she was laughing about it. i am no way defending connor comments but eviction guys a bit harsh. maybe a puniushment. arron comments werent bad, but like connor his tone of voice made it worse.

Hi there I agree with what the majority of people are saying. What Connor said was vile and truly disgusting. No one deserves to be treated in that atrocious manner, what happened to respect? I don't think he or the majority of the people in this house knows what the word means. They 'gang up' on Deana who is weak and is not confrontational in anyway so they have the upper hand. It is really sad to watch and it makes me extremely angry that Big Brother has done so little to prevent this from happening. I think we will be seeing another Jade situation. It's harassment and it's bullying. This is making Channel 5 look seriously bad. Do something channel 5 before things get even worst. I have complaint to ofcom and hopefully channel 5 would wake up and smell the bully and sexual threats made directly/indirectly to Deana. She doesn't deserve this.

How can this sort of bullying behaviour be condoned? Being the victim of bullying thugs, the sort of deranged tactics against someone else is being allowed, Big Brother you are clearly sending out the message that to bully someone or make threats towards someone is ok with you, the whole show should be closed down and never allowed to broadcast again, This is what happens when you put a bunch of strangers together, not a good idea.

connor is bang out of order for what he said... and arron is just copying what others are saying about deana, connor needs to be kicked of the show for bullying, it was funny how in the end he didnt have much to say.. when arron was being a bitchy women and talking about deana. Big Bro should do more then just telling him off, i will also make a complaint, if Big bro dont do anything about it. Big bro should give connor and arron such a bad task to do and show them how it feels when no one is on there side

Big Brother producers really need to be putting damage control methods into place. Connor's behaviour was disgraceful but I am appalled that BB chose to air his words. Was this the ONLY footage available to them or are they so desperate for ratings that they chose this vile rant ? Something really needs to be done about this.

Their all bullying Deana and its so disturbing to watch, especially because she is stuck in a house with them. Conner should have been kicked out and ofcourse nothing happened,What if someone said that about a member of his family? the punishments are really annoying big brother should be protecting their housemates, wont be suprising if poor deana comes out depressed. How could he just have a warning? All the girls are being mean, especially becky who has just turned against deana after deana voted her in to stay, plus now deana has no friends. i feel sorry for her family.

This behavior should not be tolerated, and by leaving him in the house big brother is sending the wrong message to the population - that bullying is ok. Arron should be warned as well, this constant bullying is horrible to watch.

Deana has done absolutely nothing wrong in my eyes. Failing a task does not excuse such disgusting language and such crude remarks being said about her. Caroline wasn't a 'team player' in the maze task and they said nothing to her but instead when it was Deana they choose to gang up on her which is blatant bullying. I pity the people who support Conor and want him to win £100,000 even after his disgusting comments about Deana. What a vile young man

ULITIMATELY BB has a choice to air something to the general public Deana had been picked on all day long so why did channel 5 see it necessary to air Connor degenerate into a vile aggressive monster after being fuelled by Caroline an adult public schoolgirl who is beastly simply by waking up of a morning....... the cool gang is being seen to be bullies with no respect for themselves never mind each other!! Channel 5 has a responsibilty to viewers in my opinion they should not have shown this disgusting scene chucked Connor out shown the remainder of the house how they are acting get some new people in the house who are fun and up for the craic and not victimising people.

i am really glad that we the viewers are up in arms about this appalling behaviour from Conor......Yet, whilst we watch this viciousness unfold...Conor is at a table of people. No one there said anything to stop, curb or pull Conor up at all. Ashleigh even engaged with him about it. So, I take that the rest of them, Arron, Luke S, Shievionne, Becky, Scot and Catherine just accepted his abusive mouthiness as OK....??? Pack of bullies. All of them around that table should have pulled Conor up. Yet None, Not one did...Horrible, horrible people. this show really does prove that seemingly attractive people really can be the ugliest of all. i have a bad taste in my mouth about this. I am glad the good people on here and the web sites are speaking out about this unacceptable behaviour.

I think Connor's comments could be classed as acceptable if they were made towards one of his 'friends' who he became angry with for a short time or were said as a joke to someone who he actually got on with - true they still wouldn't be nice but I wouldn't condemn him the same. However the way he acted on Monday's show was vile. He has a problem with deana and the whole house knows that and joins in with what can only be classed as bullying, both him and arron constantly use vile language towards her for what, for being a bit annoying? For not eating some Spam? CALL THE POLICE! she didn't eat some spam. Also she thought it was beef (reasonable, cos tbh spam doesn't really look like any meat does it) This is just a guess now, but it's likely that she is Hindu, I'm not really sure, but THEY DON'T EAT BEEF. That might have something to do with why she found it so repulsive. Its irrelevant anyway, even if she hadn't even tried it she didn't deserve that. To use language that implies inserting something inside someone sexually, punching them in the face and swearing in an angry way towards someone who you openly have a problem with can never be justified. I can't believe some people are supporting him in this, truly disturbing.

The food they were given was all edible so that is no argument, the egg is a delicacy and we all know dog food is eaten by humans to test it. How people can say that his vile ramblings were 'just anger/ heat of the moment' is beyond comprehension. When I get mad I do not ramble on (in detail I hasten to add) such depraved and vile comments, I may call people names etc and curse...' all people do it nowadays' is also pathetic, I have not heard such depraved comments from any of my friends etc I have also complained to ofcom, a thing which I never though that I would do either as I am very broad minded, however if we advocate this type of behaviour and leave it unaccounted for then we only have ourselves to blame for societies short comings. He should leave the house and go home and apologise to his mother and girlfriend for making a fool out of them all.

Okay, how about we lose words like 'racist' and phrases like 'sexual abuse' and focus on the fact that his comments were, quite simply, appalling. It's almost like people need to put a label on something to make it qualify as bad behaviour these days when, in fact, it's just that, bad behaviour! His comments were extremely rude and inappropriate, and bearing in mind that Deana's parents/friends were probably watching, unacceptable. I liked Connor prior to this but he's shown himself to be quite nasty. However, if the producers are going to disqualify or punish contestants for less than this, they need to reconsider how they've dealt with this. Pep talks don't really cut it!

Even the producers on BB bit on the side are bitches towards Deana, they say bullying isn't right so why are they speaking about her like she's stupid? This show is getting out of hand and showing young people that bullying is right when it's not. Absolutely pathetic need to sort it out, it was never like this before. I agree with everything everyone has said about Conor, Arron and Caroline. Several of the housemates bully individuals and several of the housemates are foulmouthed at times.Neither are pleasant traits. But I have to confess I haven't ever felt moved to comment before now! Connor's rant on Monday night's episode was shameful and seriously worrying. Up until that point I thought Connor was an OK bloke, a reasonable housemate, etc. But he has shown himself up to be someone quite different, far more sinister! I also worry about those few who continue to support him. They must be comfortable with the aggression, hatred and sheer vileness of his words.

Just some food for thought... Imagine you were in the place where there were people from mostly one different backround/culture & there was only one of your kind (you). Straight away you would feel slightly uncomfortable in that situation - worried whether the others would understand you, repsect your values and norms..right? but on top of that people are playing tricks on you, insulting you, calling you names, shouting things out to you, bitching behind your back, moving away when you come and sit down etc... just imagine how would that make YOU feel, if you were in that position? ...

I AGREE MZ KAZ. Are Channel 5 adding insult to injury? They know people are disgusted on here, and on top when they try to voice their concerns, they discard them. Hello? Channel 5? Your meant to use these comments to assist you in deciding what action should be taken; not throw them out as being meaningless. COMPLAIN TO OFCOM EVERYONE. - THANKS CHRISTOPHER AND NIGEL FOR PROVIDING THE DETAILS OF HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. And as for "Asdf", I think your comment lacks substance and is purely untenable. If Channel 4 used to do it, what makes you think Channel 5 should be taken more lightly now that they are doing it? Surely Channel 5 were best placed to understand the controversy when it was broadcasted on Channel 4, and should therefore use that knowledge and adopt measures to ensure something like this will never happen on Channel 5? I agree with Nigel. Irrespective if you like Deana as a person or not, BULLYING IS UNACCEPTABLE. Imagine if a school kid hated your child. Would you side the bully or would you side your child? Well, put yourself in Deana's parents shoes then.

I'm astonished Channel 5 seem to be editing my comments in order to avoid shame. Here is my message again: THOSE OF YOU WHO THINK WHAT THE HOUSEMATES WERE DOING WAS ACCEPTABLE, ASK YOURSELF IF YOU WOULD BE HAPPY IF SOMEBODY DID THAT TO YOUR CHILD???? I'm complaining to OfCom, because I know Channel 5 will be very quick to defend their position. I already got word that ofCom have launched an investigation but their investigation would be greatly assisted if more people express their disapproval. So I guess people, if you don't like what happen to Deana, or if your someone who condemns bullying generally, then submit a complaint. The link and details "CHRISTOPHER SAMUEL" gave below is accurate so follow it people!

BECAUSE CHANNEL 5 SEEM TO THINK BULLYING MAKES GOOD TELEVISION, LETS SHOW THEM WHO IS BOSS. BULLYING IS SERIOUS AND THE WORLD MAKES GREAT EFFORTS TO SHOW THE EFFECT IT HAS ON PEOPLE AND WHY IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. SHOWS LIKE BIG BROTHER, EVEN IF IT IS DIRECTED TO ADULTS, ARE REPUGNANT. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF DEANA IS AN ADULT; BULLYING EFFECTS EVERYONE. TO THINK THAT BIG BROTHER ACTUALLY KNOWS THAT PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE HIDE EACH OTHERS BELONGINGS, ALLOWS ISOLATION AND ABUSE, ALLOW THEM TO EAT MEAT WHICH IS CONTRARY TO THEIR RELIGION IS DISGUSTING. IF YOU GUYS HAVE SOME MORALS, HERE IS THE LINK YOU NEED: http://www.ofcom.org.uk/contact-us/ That is the link to complain to Ofcom. Its best if you submit your complaint in writing via e-mail so that it is logged and will be seen by someone for sure. To e-mail them, click on the link above and follow these steps. Click on the following in that order Click on "Advice and complaints area" >>> Under the television and Radio title, click on "A particular programme you saw (or were in)" >>> Click on "I saw/heard the programme" >>> Submit your details, which doesn't necessarily have to be your real details.

punch and knock out a female after forcibly inserting objects into her genitalia - this is offensive on so many levels - complaints to ofcom and c5 should be made on this poor girls behalf - say no to bullying - all it takes for evil to prosper is for people of goodwill to do nothing

BB owes Dena a duty of care to protect her from such vile and reprehensible actions, additionally Coner is also owed the same. Therfore he should be removed firstly to protect Dena and if he is allowed to stay and continues on this vein then he will be vilified further by the public and the media which is obviously not in his best interest. What he did was abhorrent and in all the years I've watched this show have never felt the need to complain about an individual.

I was completely disgusted to watch Big Brother last night. This show is suppose to be an entertainment programme. What I witnessed was a barrage of abuse and hatred, from a male member of the house "Conner". Within the content of this disturbing and sinister conversation, which made reference to him wanting to forcibly insert objects into a female housemates genitalia, it also included his admission in to wanting to cause grievous bodily harm, by punching and knocking out this particular female. The conversation which also saw other housemates, sit and laugh at this males vile rant. What upset and astonished me most, was Ch5 did not reprimand this individual and did not punish him for bullying and intimidating behaviour. Yes they did tell him to re look at his action. This is not good enough, severe consequences should be given to anybody who uses threatening language or incites violence - bullying should not be glamourised and accepted and c5 needs to recognise their responsibilities, and have zero tolerance to this unacceptable behaviour. Big Brother should not become synonymous with harassment and possible racism.

Both Conner and Arron have shown disgusting behaviour! They ARE bullying Deana just because she does not conform to their rules and become the way they want her to. Caroline did not even eat anything and states she wouldn't have been able to yet she criticises Deana. Channel 4 were a lot more sensitive to bullying and Deana has explicitly said she feels bullied yet the channel is taking no action. I will be complaining to Ofcom as this is upsetting to watch and I will not be watching from now on.

Have any of you considered that Deana failed task because she thought she was eating beef and Hindus don't eat beef. And Connor, Arron and Caroline, Ashleigh and Luke S are the bullies in the house and supposedly the 'cool kids'. Scott and Becky are the wannabes! Conor's behaviour and comment about Deana were vile and disgusting; he should be evicted from the house. Come on Big Brother do the right thing. And what about the rest of the so called 'cool gang’ not. They asked him what he would do to /Deana and hung on his every word not one of them pulled him up. Caroline started it off by shouting across the room to Deana about her epilator being on the table (bullying), why not mentioned it to her privately. Then she hid the same epilator in the kitchen amongst food. Double standards or what? They should all be taken in to a room and be made to what themselves back and DEBATE what they saw.

Emmaapples I am amazed no one else noticed Ashleigh rolling her eyes as she was consoling Deana (I think at some point she was smiling aswell), isn't she the most vilest person in there? As for Conor, he has been aggressive to Deana since day 1 really when she voted for him on the first day. His hatred for her has been boiling up inside him for a long time. He found the perfect excusse to attack her yesterday when she failed to complete the tast. Not only is he a nasty person but a loser as well. Big Brother you need to take a harsher approach because bullying in any shape or form this is unacceptable.

Alan I disagree with your statement because Deana is oblivious to the anger Corner expressed to her. Deana went outside and told her fellow housemates that Corner had been summoned to the diary room as a result of something h had said to someone, unknown to Deana that it was about no other but herself. I feel it is only acceptable that Corner apologises, I as a primary school teacher, teach the foundation stage that when we say something that could potentially hurt someone’s feeling we should apologies. Corner being a grown man should uphold similar morals. I do hope I don’t come across aggressive in anyway. Kindest regards Sarah 

  • BigBruvther

    BigBruvther

What Conor Said was perfectly fine, all of your people who are complaining to OfCom should be ashamed yourselves, before the show starts viewer disgression is advised. From what we’ve seen Deana has been a complete idiot through failing tasks for the ‘team’ showing her teambuilding skills are low which gives the house low moral, which is why all the arguments occur, personally I think it’s stupid how everyone is complaining about Conor’s use of words – He didn’t threaten anyone to their face, and it was seen as a joke, hence the reason he attempted to rap it before hand and failed.

  • Sara

    Sara

Becky M clearly your concept of humour is different to mine. Using such vulgarity is unacceptable whether that be intended as a joke or not. Deana is clearly feeling isolated and whether people chose to believe that she is intentionally playing the role of a victim is freedom of thought. In my humble opinion no one person should be spoken to in such a manner. Its very easy to make judgment when we are discussing about someone other than ourselves. Take a minute to think how you would feel if you were spoken to in such a manner. Empathy goes a long way. Regards.

He was angry, all of you shut up.. Whoever is saying they are only telling him off for the sake of us, that's clearly wrong because it said before they went in in the handbook that no behaviour like this was permitted.. He said sorry and that he wouldn't do it again. He won't be removed from the house, he's been spoken to and to bring it back up again would be inappropriate for both Conor and Deana as Conor has apologised and knows he's in the wrong and Deana would have to hear what he said, just let it be and he won't do it again..

I am appalled by the channel 5 and Big Brother produces for clearly promoting such hatred and animosity within the house, it is evident that Dean is a victim. Big Brother spoke to Corner , which seems to me only for the sake of what the public may have thought otherwise. I strongly feel the group of individuals that are targeting Deana should have been disciplined greater. At this very minute I feel outraged that such behaviour is clearly been promoted.

Statements have been made in previous years and will be made again and again in the future. He is in the house because the producers vetted him and are aware of the stupid idiotic statements that would have captured the attention of people who do not leave there house or have friends to complain to ofcom, between there ironing and dusting the dustbins. He is an immature muppet. So he will not win. Kate, he never said it to deana's face no, but whilst in the diary room never even said sorry. he should have had the respect to say to deana "i have been told of some inappropriate behaviour.. and i apologise" but he didnt because when she comes out she is going to be deeply hurt and probably feel like people were laughing at her. when my ex boyfriend used me as a punch bag, he would say, "anger took over" but it didnt make it right!! luckily i managed to escape him but he assaulted my dad on the way out! im all for second chances but condoning connors "way with words" is an absolute JOKE! and i am deeply offended as are other viewers hence the complaints. those people that keep saying comment on something important in the world.. . well this is important to me. he may not punch her in the face or shove things in certain places but the fact he spoke about it in that way and the others laughed at him. DISGUSTING. any one who thinks that is ok clearly does not have half a brain cell. and to the people who are complaining.. good job!! :)

I live in Canada and have followed Big Brother UK for the past few years because I loved the people and characters and prefered the way they play the game there. Its a lot nicer and the good people seemed to win as opposed to American Big Brother where sneaky and selfish behavior won out. Unfortunately for me, tonight's episode of Big Brother UK proved that they really aren't that different at all. I'm disgusted by Connor's comments and the blatant and very obvious BULLYING going on. Deana is being bullied by Connor, Arron, Caroline, Becky and the rest of this apparently "popular" group. The worst part is, it's like the producers and condoning this horrendous behavior. Connor should be up for eviction automatically or maybe even be kicked out of the house for the seriousness of the comments he made. He didn't even seem to take it seriously after the conversation with big brother. I am absolutely shocked. I will continue to follow the show to see if they do anything about this situation but if they don't, I will be done with this show. No one should watch something that teaches our kids that bulling is alright.

I just read comments for those that think Connors behaviour is acceptable. This is where BB and channel 5 needs to step up and do the right thing. I remember a girl getting kicked off the show for using words "pow pow" and making hand signals with some type of threat. It's a double standard, if you're against violence then it should not be selective. Connor threatened violence against another housemate that's a woman, to make it worse it was also sexual. This has nothing to do with if he js a nice person or raised well. It's about whats Right and Wrong. His behaviour should not be acceptable period. He was way out of line and therefore should not be rewarded by remaining on a show and earning money.

I have already made a complaint to OFCOM. Channel 5 and Big Brother have a duty and obligation to the public. I'm outraged that Connor could get away with saying what he did and firstly, not one person in the house said anything and then Big Brother gave him a slap on the wrist. They are sending a message to victims of abuse to keep quiet as society thinks it's acceptable behaviour . It's degrading, disgusting, disrespectful and unacceptable period. If that's how he behaves and talks about a woman when not under the influence, how the hell is he after a couple of drinks? The man needs help and if that was my boyfriend talking to me like that, I would have him arrested. People need to report this to OFCOM as it's obvious BB is not going to do anything. We were all subjected to abuse as far as I'm concerned. I came home to relax, watch some light hearted entertainment and didn't sign up for this type of reality TV. I am glad Deana didn't hear it as can't imagine anyone having to be subjected to such nastiness!

Night after night, they use abusive, horrid, language and comments aimed at Denana, filled with hatred and venmon - that is unkind. Do they not think that her parents and family are watching, that the anger, hurt and shame that they must feel for their daughter. Think about it, put yourself in their position. These people know that they are being filmed, they are young, yes, but they are not children and should know better and know the effect it causes to family. Channel 5, Shame on you for not demanding that Aaron and Conner moderate their behaviour towards Deana. You are allowing unacceptable behaviour to run rife in the house. AND i am 100% against bullying but i also believe in second chances!! I no what bullying is as i was bullied before and i know how it feels. in my eyes he hasnt said anything bad about deana other than he dont like her untill this episode. i also think you need to read the term of bullying and clear that up.

this makes me angry! do you really think they have got be perfect? i could put money on it that all these so called polite and mannered people have all bad mouthed and said awful things before just that no one see's it. i think you's need to analyse the situation and maybe think yeah he said something like everyone does give him another chance. His parents have probably raised him well and have taught him good manners but cos he said one bad thing he disgusting? rude? i think you can be hurting people feelings here as well as others!!

Big Brother used to be a bit of fun. Now it is down right depressing, these nasty foul mouth characters, are the sort of people I try to avoid. Why bring them into my home via TV. I will not be tuning in again. How sad to think that these sort of people are considered normal members of society. Where have we gone wrong in this world, when a man talks to and about a woman, in the manner that Aaron and Conner have to and about Denana and people defend it? They do not have any respect for themselve or other people. They do not understand the words respect and good manners. I hope Aaron's future modelling contracts reflect his dirty, immature, foul mouth. It is not clever and it is not funny.

Hasn't anybody noticed that Victoria was the last in and first out, Chris was the second-to-last in and the second housemate out, then Benedict was the third-to-last in and the third housemate out? Also, Luke S's face was on the big screen on the launch night when Ashleigh was walking into the house, and there's something going on between them! And Luke A's eye twitches when he says he was born female, and also we don't get Big Brother live anymore... Is it only me that thinks something weird is going on?!

I think people should just be nice to each other and learn some respect, who wants to live in a house full of auguring and conflict! tbh i think conor will regret what he said, i don't think hes meant it in the way its been made out by everyone and he should say sorry to deana it was unacceptable.

  • Mark

The fact of the matter is there has been some nasty bullying going on in that house. And how can you condone this? How can Big Brother condone this on a broadcasted program? You cant! If the show doesn't want to get slated in the media then it has one simple choice - to evict Connor immediately.

all of you people think that your any better by saying thing that could hurt his feeling or may be seen as bullying? everyone has got there own views but do not tell me in a moment of anger you have said things that you didnt mean? because everyone does it. Like i said because he is on national tv he has been misunderstand because he made a mistake?

  • Carly

The argument that he said it out of anger does not stick. That is what abusers say when they use others as punchbags, 'it was done in a moment of anger'. I wonder what sort of person he really is. Such anger and agression what is going on in that head.

I think that the manner in which Conner and Aaron talk about Deana, is appalling. Calling her a 'dick' etc, their parents should be truly ashamed, as their behaviour reflects them. They are a disgrace to the British nation, no wonder we have such a bad reputation abroad. Filth.

i think some of you are taking too seriously and have probably got too much time on your hand to be complaining about it. Connor admitted what he said was wrong and said it was just through anger. People dont no his emotion or how they are feeling inside the house, so dont be too quick to judge because none of you's know him personally.

Im clearly not condoning what he did as I said his behaviour was terrible, If anyone said that about anyone it would be out of order and disgraceful, so please, get worked up over someone else's comment. All I'm saying is that it was bad but not Ofcom bad.

Have just been checking the facebook page for bb. Most people agree that it was terrible behavior and what Connor said was wrong. But I can't believe there are some young girls on there excusing him. What kind of girls are growing up in society today, to excuse that sort of language and bullying? I find it bizarre!

I think taking it off the air is a bit much. If we didn't see this then we would not have known about it and thererfore couldn't comment on it. I do this channel 5 should reconsider not giving a sever punishment for his actions. I think also that it should be showen to the house to let them all see how we seen it. If they had any humanity they might think very carefully about how they acted. I'm not sure some of them can think very carefully about anything though.

the whole house bullied deana and no one really stood up for her everybody just let it pass, especially arron & conor and caroline, who are very , very malicious and should be removed, the whole house should be sat down together and shown on video all the incidents of bullying they preceded to do on deana, no one even comforted deana!!! im ashamed of humanity when i see things like this, it makes me very sad. Deana literally hasnt done ANYTHING wrong. Deana deserves to be comforted, everyone apoligise to her. and told how great and nice she is :) because she is :)

I doubt this episode will be released on demand 5 given the amount of complaints that channel 5 and ofcom would have received respectively. Channel 5 should be hit with a massive fine and severe punishment thereafter. Perhaps taking them off air for a week where their pockets would really be affected. The reason they chose to slect Connors comments on the episode because they were hoping for this reaction as they know that it will be all over the press pages and make national news therafter which in turn gets their viewing numbers up and consequently presents a Cash Cow. Anyone got a dejavu about a previous similar incident!!! Disgusted

What a disgusting episode. Conor should be removed ASAP or at least put up with eviction with his fellow gang of cronies, for bullying behaviour and for breach of the rules (in the clip entitled "What are they on about" Ashleigh and co. clearly influenced nominations and their punishment was no alcohol until further notice) - SHAPE UP BB

Well said Ebony, I think this series since Benedict left especially has turned into one of the nastiest bb houses I've ever seen. There is some serious bullying going on in there and nothing is being done about it. Absolutely outrageous Channel 5. I'm am totally disgusted. Connor should be taken out immediately. Or at the very least, the nomination should be reversed so that everyone else is nominated and Deana and Lydia immune for a week. Completely disgusted by Connor, what a horrible thing to say and then for the other housemates to stand by and let it pass. Pathetic!

That was a hard watch. I am shocked at the language Connor used but more so the hate and aggression in his tone. I am also shocked that nothing seems to have been done about it. In years past far minor offences have been punished. Connor should at least be up for nomination. I personally will be voting for Diana to stay even though I think Lydia is a big character this year, I think Deana could do with a little support in there.

I've now complained to Channel 5, Ofcom & also Schwarzkopf. This is absolutely unacceptable and vile. This completely undermines the work of so many charities that try to highlight women’s rights in situations of domestic abuse. Channel 5 letting housemate’s off with a mere warning is a complete slap in the face for all the people working hard to raise awareness of women’s rights in situations of domestic abuse.

I've tried to complain directly to Channel 5 for tonights program but they try make it so hard to complain. Connor should not be in the house, the vile and disguisting language he used towards another person would not b tolerated in the 'outside' world so why should it be different on Channel 5. Poor decision by a poor television channel. This is the link to Ofcom https://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/tell-us/specific-programme-epg

Far too much bullying on this particular episode. 1) it just shouldn't be done, 2) I always loved this show because almost always the nice people win, so the bullies will lose in the long run anyway. But made for uncomfortable viewing. Conor starting to show his true colours, or rather editing starting to show them...
