In 1966, the terrible crimes committed by Myra Hindley and her boyfriend Ian Brady shocked the nation and became the benchmark by which other acts of evil came to be measured.
The young couple Hindley and Bradey viciously assaulted and murdered five young children, burying four on Saddleworth Moor near Manchester. Known as the Moors Murderers, Hindley and Brady would become the most hated people in Britain.
Why did this young woman with a previously unblemished past commit such evil acts? Was Hindley the victim of a manipulating Brady or was she simply a complicit partner in a disturbing game of death and destruction?
