This is because The Ugly Agency only recruits 'character' models, who give 'fierce beauty' a whole new meaning. Britain's Ugliest Models follows Marc, his team, and a cast of unconventional beauties as the agency scouts for fresh talent to add to their books, both in the UK and the United States.
