    made it to 13 mins then it crashed!!!!!! not going to bother with this again c5 not even bothered how much we complain waste of time!!! keep reporting problems still no evidence that they are bothered.

    If I have to watch that sad Cancer Research ad one more time because this service has crashed for the 4th time I think I am going to scream. I do not have this problem with any other catchup service, please please sort something out!
