When a man's body is stuffed into a garbage chute in an apartment building, Castle and Beckett are forced to untangle a twisted web of dual identities, one married, one engaged, and an underlying tale of cutthroat corporate competition that wound up with two very offended women, a dead body, and a lot of confusing facts. Meanwhile, Alexis's school encourages her to do volunteer work, which she arranges to do at Beckett's precinct.

    This is ridiculous. why is it that 4od, itv player and bbciplayer seem to work fine, but channel 5 still havent mastered the concept of streaming episodes properly. Come on, it's 2012, get with the times!

    Had no problems running it. Have to say that I'm not a big fan of most of the gradually dominant American crime dramas that are taking over our t.vs but this one I like. At least there is some attempt to glaze over the horror of each situation with some dark humor. Very much like real life.

    I enjoyed the episode as always, & I have to say (to the 1 or 2 unkind viewers who have stated they dislike Castle's daughter), that I happen to really like both the character & Molly Quinn who plays her (I think she's a talented actress!)

    Really rather an impressive story today. I love the way Castle's way of looking at the world differs so much from the cops he's working with. Ran great and even the ads behaved this time.

    i think this episode was a bit of a tongue twister for me. because the dead guy had two identities, he was spying on a company and cheated on his wife. and it turned out that his fiancee wasnt actually his fiancee. she was spying on him too! and she alsoh had a fake identity !!!!!!!!!!!! But WHAT AN EPISODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! by the way i am only 10 :)

    The adverts play well, but the programme is excrutiatingly slow with regular minute to two minute freezes.

    Extremely puzzled....I agree! The actress who plays his daughter is incredibly annoying, lacks ability and drags the rest of the programme down. It isn't the sharpest show on tv but the two leads make it watchable.

    It worked fine for me! Thank you for another good show. The ads do drive me a little mad but a great time to refill the coffee cup and check my email. It is a great show and I like to the twists and turns. I am stunned that people watch it to complain about it. What is the point? What joy would you get from that? Why not rather than complain, not watch it than criticise a great show and the characters in it. The girl is great, he is amusing and always adds something if but at the end. I keep watching and enjoying and shake my head....some people are just never happy. Thanks again for airing a show I enjoy...despite the critics and bad ads, not a bad Episode.

    @ extremely puzzled... I think that this is a good show, as usual the story has some nice twists to it and the idiot as you refer to him completes the show. I also think the daughter character is extremely talented, they wouldn't have given her the role if she wasn't, put it this way could you take her role and act in front of camera knowing that thousands of people will watch you and criticise your acting skills?

    Can some body please explain why after the first story about a murder that was connected to the idiots books! why is he still needed as the murders have nothing to do with coping his fictional fiction! And why oh Why did they pick such an extremly untalentted girl to play the daughter?

    Same old story this week, adverts fine, program doesn't want to play. It's a shame 5 has some great programs but I think i'm just going to give up on demand 5 and watch stuff on iplayer which works.
