@. My defending Julie stands. I never apologized for anything I said about Julie. But I offered to refrain from mentioning her to Sasha as a way of personally compensating for upsetting her. My apology to Sasha stands. I think Sasha felt singled out. It wasn't intended. I just jumped in feet first and fired opinions. I feel she had a fair point, I was too strong in expressing these at her as she's more sensitive to arguments and confrontation. Sasha doesn't take the aggressive approach in debates and feels I did and for that I feel bad. Especially if she feels the need to stay away from the forum. Anyway, cheers for your post and roll on the final...........brrrrrrt *drum rolls*

Deborah please don't back off. Someone needs to stand up for Julie, who's been judged so hard by many and misunderstood. Concerning Danica, her way of life is totally immoral, as she uses and misuses men for her own gain

Deborah backing off with an apology

Ah Sasha, come back. I was just expressing strong opinions. There was no intention to make you feel upset here or want to leave. If my comments made you feel uncomfortable, or if I forced my opinions on you, then I apologize. I like coming on here and love hearing your opinions. I did agree with tonnes you had to say. I'm sorry if my focus on your comments was too much. Same at Krista, perhaps she'll feel the same. It's just a forum full of opinions and believe it or not i've enjoyed reading a lot of yours. Hope to see you tonight Sasha, come on, it's the last night, don't let my silly comments spoil the last night. I give you my word I wont mention Julie to you again or anything controversial? Please, it would be fun seeing you.

Also Deb you say that Julie was diagnosed with Cancer yet despite you suggesting she has suffered terminally with the condition & as a result has had other illnesses, well why then does she continue to smoke. Being a smoker myself, if you are diagnosed with a condition due to your own negligence you shouldn't be entitled to excuse your behaviour due to a terminal illness. Evidently despite being diagnosed by a terminal illness she still continues to smoke. The last time I checked a Government Health Warning was issued on cigarettes advertising the risk of smoking & how smoking could increase the risk of being diagnosed with Cancer. Bye s & Krista have a fun remaining summer xx

@Deborah how is it you seem to be the only viewer to know the reasons for why particular housemates behave in such a way, shame you didn't extend the same coutesy to Danica. It was you that claimed at the time that her reasoning for being the way she was & doing what she did shouldn't be used as an excuse yet you do the same with Julie. Also I'm not saying that suffering from a terminal illness wouldn't be traumatic however having parents of the same age as Julie they suffer from ill health due to old age. As your body ages you are likely to suffer from certain conditions & we all will suffer as we age unlike someone born with dwarfism syndrome or someone who has their limbs amputated. To assume they face the same hardships in life as Julie is beyond rediculous. Julie was an able bodied soap star in her time unlike those olympians who in their 20's are having to adapt their lives. But once again you have proven that no one else is entitled to an opinion which is why I can't be bothered to leave a comment anymore, which is a shame as I did enjoy exchanging views with Krista, s & Sergei. I wish you well guys hopefully we shall chat in the next BB :) xx

There can be no excusing Julie's behaviour. She is utterly vile, very needy, vitriolic, seriously deluded and -like the majority on the stage - a total narcissist. A scary has-been who still believes herself to be the nations sweetheart. Good grief. I am thrilled she is out and am only disappointed that neither Brian or Emma took her to task in regard to her bitchy behaviour.

They’ve all back stabbed in there, not just Julie. But I don’t hear them being judged for the same crime? But that isn’t why I think she’s a breath of fresh air, you’ve taken the comment out of context. As for using her disability for votes, she only mentioned it last night, at the finals, not through the show for votes? She wasn’t saying that’s why she should be voted for. She was saying it should be taken into consideration when we’re voting. We never heard her mention her lifelong illness and the long term impact having endless treatment and operations and organs removed to save her life. Or the long term damage it did to her. In fact, the public didn’t know for 25 year, so that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt she doesn’t hide behind disability. You can agree with Sasha, it’s good you stand by your friend, I did too with some of her opinions, just not on Julie. Sasha said she had a long healthy life, inferring she wasn’t disabled and had no right for it to be taken into consideration. I proved that wasn’t true, simple. Also, if she’s on serious medications for it, that effect moods, or her mind, then too right it should be taken into consideration. Hence my point for the separate disabled Olympics, there is a reason, they cannot be expected to compete against fully able people. Thats why they are cheered on, because they fight against the odds. Thats what Julie felt she was doing. She wasn’t just out of her comfort zone in a young persons world, she was doing it fighting daily illness, of which we don’t know a thing about. Unless you only include a disability as a limb missing, and not removed organs, fighting for life throughout chemo or terminal cancer and many other hidden illnesses she never talked about etc. I too judge people on their character, she had character, you just didn’t like hers personally, that’s cool. I did, I wish we could all feel as free as her to say and do as we wish. As for being her friend, it’s not a problem, she doesn’t want you to be... I’m sure neither of us register on her radar. I wouldn’t want to live with her, but i do respect and admire her stance in life. Good luck to her, and you, enjoy your night out.

Deborah I dont think someone is a breath of fresh air when they are being nice to someones face and then stabbing them in the back as they walk away. Julie wasnt upfront and honest at all - quite the opposite.I do agree with Sasha and others on here who might have said Julie was using her disability to win votes. and I stick to the point that I judge people on their character and not anything else such as a disability so there was no need for Julie to say that in my opinion. I certainly wouldnt wanna be her friend thats for sure - I dont make friends with backstabbing people and Julie was just that. Now I really must be orf!!

Only just watched BBBOTS. Oi, leave off my Emma Willis, she wasn't scared, just a little star struck. You have to remember that to anyone under thirty (most of the CBB viewers) Bet Lynch means nothing. To those that watched her for decades, she carried a lot of clout, was a huge star back when there were only three channels and only one major soap (emmerdale wasn't anywhere near as big). She truly was a legend back in her day. Emma, having a natural passion with the media, for obvious reasons, is naturally going to respect this. I think she genuinely liked Julie in a professional capacity and was a tad star struck. Jasmine was scary and Enma didn't back off, she clearly didn't behave in a sycophantic manner. Why would she be scared of one and not the other. Julie is guilty of many of the things people have had to say, yes she can be vulgar, crude and very blunt. You either love her or hate her. I love her. I'm tired of walking around in what I no longer regard a free country having to say what i'm allowed, think what i'm allowed, be what i'm allowed because it's politically correct. Julie was a blast of fresh air, it was great to see a woman confident enough in herself to be what she wanted to be, not what people boo'd her to be, told her to be, expected her to be. @Sasha, you say julie has had a long healthy life, sorry this isn't true, i suggest you do a background check, she's was diagnosed with a terminal illness about three decades ago. Also, you don't know her disability. Applauding the man at the olympics without limbs is easy, you can see his disability and it's on that basis you make a judgement on him. You don't know Julie's disability, if it's age related, serious or mild. She kept her cervical cancer a secret over 25 years!!! She was only given a year to live at the time. She doesn't have two limbs missing for us to take into account. She doesn't want pity, which is why its not out there what she was ill with on other occasions. We can only pass judgement on what we do know, not based on our dislike of a person. She also founded a charity to screen people for cancer, did you hear her talk about that? She's not running a race for her public victory, she runs the race of real life, without flowery metaphors, pretty bows or politically correct behaviors. I love her, I hope she continues to stay true to herself. You dont have to like Juile, or even justify or rationalize why you dont. I respect all views on here, but have the decency to clarify what you put as fact, and people have a better chance of understanding. (p.s. I agreed with most of the other stuff you put Sasha) @emma, you were wrong, it wasn't just Lucinda that said something, the prince had a go at her too, i had to respect him for that and his new stance on Danica. I eat my words on him if he's being honest, good luck to him.

Krista as your thought twin you know I'm bound to beat you to the comment lol ;D. s I didn't bother watching the interview I lost all respect for Julie when she was in the diary room trying to get the pity vote so saw no point in watching what rubbish she had to spout. This is the same woman who openly called her husband her stalker, to me if she is capable of disrespecting her own husband in such a way then the behaviour we have viewed is no surprise. I'm also starting to dislike Coleen for running to Harvey to bitch about Martin, if she had a problem with what Kempy was saying why not say it to his face. As for Harvey (mr double standards) everything he has done in & out of the house is a contradiction. He has one rule for himself & another for women or other men. Lorenzo had him sussed. I loved how Martin made him look like a fool by admitting he was wrong to display his bum hole to a lady. The only person I think deserves to win is Martin & I hope people vote for him. The kitchen lino has contributed nothing in order to win, the three witches of BBwick have sailed through to the final by sticking together rather than playing the show as individuals, which is how it should be played on your own merit not on the basis that they have formed cliques in order to progress further. Rant over now have a day off work but don't have the luxury of enjoying it as have a pile of chores to do waaaaaaaaaaaa :( lol chat later x

Morning sasha. I've just watched the interview with her on BOTS. I swore at the TV last night when she was interviewed by Brian. And because it was an interview we got a close up of the chewing. I would have thought someone said take it out. It was like watching someone talking with their mouths full. You're right sasha, she has no manners. She's petty, holds grudges and then has the cheek to say, I don't hold grudges. She laughed through her worst bits, and seemed proud of them. She was so 2 faced. Helping Jasmine to then call her a looney. I'm glad she's gone. She kept nodding at the nations sweetheart comment by emma. She's not done herself any favours. She's vile, arrogant, opinionated, foul mouthed and self obsessed. Thinks she's still an A lister. How petty was she about the lighter. I think it was because she wanted to be in control. The nana role made her control the boys. The cigarettes were a form of control over Coleen and BB took that control away from her by giving them cigarettes. So then she tried to gain control by walking off with the lighter. And rant over......

Hi Krista, s, Serg & others, I watched some of the show last night but had a cosy night watching the US Open with the love of my life, well until he pee's me off again lol. I'm sorry to say but Julie's using her disability to gain a pity vote to stay in just made me lose further respect for her. If we switch over to the paralympics there we see young people who deserve respect for not allowing their disability to make them a victim. The south african olympian Oscar Pistorius ran during the olympics despite the fact he had both his lower limbs being amputated for the very reason that he didn't want to be treated differently. Don't get me wrong Julie is a pensioner & I do believe we should do all to help the aged however Julie has lived a healthy long life & is now suffering due to old age unlike someone who is young & has to face troubles all the way through their life due to a disability. Yes she did well to appear in BB but there have been many older people who have done great things & contributed to charity so appearing on a show in which she was paid to appear on isn't really that much of an achievement in my humble opinion. I completely agree with you s & Krista, as pointed out before, we view to judge on behaviour & Julie's behaviour has been awful all the way through. It began with the girls & how she used them then would stab them in the back. As much as I dislike the kitchen lino he has prepared food for her like her personal slave yet she has no manners as she expects others to cook for her & care for her that is the wrong attitude no matter what age you are.

Very disappointed Emma Willis, was expecting more from you! Being old and ‘disabled’ (although having watched the Paralympics and the determination of those wonderful people, I really think the ‘old, disabled’ pensioner could have found the strength to make her own cup of tea) doesn’t excuse you from being a spiteful, two faced witch. I have never ever seen such a nasty person. Emma you should have really interviewed this woman and not sucked up to her!

Now call me cynical but something tells me Harvey will be TERRIFIED of Julian,, he most certainly wont be bowing down to or around him. I note that Harvey turns on all those he views a threat. He even grassed on and dragged Julian into the war with Kemp, i note he hid behind Julian, no bowing in front of him.

But, @ Deborah. If Kempy is in the final he'll get some of the mature votes over Julien and I'd rather Julien win.. Martin couldn't even win in an argument with Harvey without Harvey feeling sorry for him and backing down through magnanimous deference.

I think Julie made a poor error of judgement if she reflects on it.She went in knowing she was adored by millions in her acting days, but people are now seeing a bitter twisted old ,lady. An awful lot of fans will have deserted her.Julien has done nothing but pose for 2 weeks.Martin has been a little too laid back for my liking.Colleen,i think, has had a bit of a rough ride. The young lads have at least provided a bit of life to the proceedings.I'd like to see how the Sitch would have turned out if Danica hadn't been around.I'm sure there is a boyish, infectious sense of humour creeping out now.Overall i'd go for a Colleen/Sitch final 2,but i'm not holding my breath.r

I'm sorry S, I didn't mean to upset you... I suppose I just worried that she was trying to say 'treat me equal, but remember I had a harder time to reach the pinnacle'. If someone has to work harder, you can't help wanted to give them a little boost. If a visibly disabled person was in there, they'd automatically get the understanding that comes with it. Those with an invisible disability get it harder both ways. They're expected to be equal, when in fairness, they don't have that luxury. Hugs S x Chin up chest out

I suppose so, but my friend can't wash her hair and has carers 24/7. She wants to be treated as an equal and seen for the person she is and not because of her disabilities. That's what the paralympians are desperately trying to get across, look at what I can achieve, see me as a person and not look at my disabilities. Then julie uses it like a get out of jail free card. A pity card. What's the relevance? I'm not disputing her disabilities or the fact she has help during the programme having a seperate bathroom, that's a real positive, having adaptions in the house, but she's used it like the race/ sexuality card. IThat's all. Wow, I told you it made me angry

To the contrary S, I'm saying lets wait to see if it deserves scorn, there is a reason we have two olympics... They are judged on individual merit, but not expected to compete in competitions against those that are not disabled. For example, what if it's a mental disability? What if it is arthiritis,, if so that would have a huge impact on her moods, and we should give her room for the drug induced mood swings. Why did she have to go for a seperate hairdresser? May be hiding behind it, like I said, but what if she isn't, I haven't heard her mention her disability once until now. She clearly isn't talking about it or using it in the show. But she did want it used as a reason to get to the final,, lets hope she is playing and it's not fatal huh?

And she so does hold a grudge. Id watch my back for sure if I had upset her. And what is all this "I love you nana" crap. Seriously!! Rant over - goodnight!! ;)

Sergie, my close friend disabled, maybe that's why I'm offended by the comment. I feel like it's a cheep shot. I know she'd be fuming that it was used in that way

The uncertainty surrounding Julie's disability is the reason why I'm holding off the criticism. I just get this feeling that I'll feel bad later on down the line.

Deborah, why does it make her more deserving than the others. I thought it was supposed to be on personality. She's trying the sympathy card, smells of desperation to me

I'm fairly confident Martin is staying in, but with the backlash against Julie, you never know, it swung me in her favour.

She'd use anything she could S, it's crunch time. However, it made me wonder if she is disabled, I wonder what disability? She did look like she was struggling on occasion to get up... E.g. arthritis or something she's playing on?

Cheers @ S... Would have had to watch it on +1 if you hadn't said... Mmmmm... I have to agree with you Deborah. Harvey's sycophantic "I respect you Kempy" response to the showdown was a little gutless. He should have told 'Kempy' to have a private chat with Coleen and then come back and apologise. Even Julie tried excusing Harvey's behaviour with alcohol when Martin tried amplifying the outrage with Coleen, Julien. I think Harvey backed down to Martin out of that respect and not because Martin was right because Martin wasn't right. Coleen loved seeing Harvey's bumholio.

@sarah lewis. Julie does make for better tv, I don't disagree about keeping her in if the programme wasn't just 2 days from the end, but the arrogance of the woman, you want her brought down a peg or two. She'd still be in tomorrows programme and then fridays programme would be getting the others out. So no real loss in her going today. "the public wil save me", will they 'eck luv

Why do people drag other's choices down. I totally back S, she made a choice, just because i want Julie to win, I wouldn't be rude or derogatory about others' choices *looks for Krista and Sasha, I'm reformed, get off my sticker!*

I think you're right S, He is a nice guy,,, I know he is. But I still think he's human, e.g. wanting to win. I'm torn, I want Julie and Martin to stay... But I genuinely think it means more to Julie... *waves a flag for all of us and our choices*

Vote for Martin. He's a really nice guy and I don't think he's playing a game warning the boys about Julie but instead he's just looking out for their best interests

Deborah morning after the night before...

Ooooh, the alpha male's had a face off and Martin dominated! He had a vague point with the Julian thing, who did overstep the mark, but because he's gay I suppose we'll all discount the behaviour. Even if Julian did overstep the mark with the poor unassuming male model (of who's response of freaking made me laugh until I cried). But Harvey chose the wrong argument, about Coleen, with Julian. I'm guessing it doesn't count the same if a gay man does it as it's not intended sexually. Even so, he had a vague point. But he didn't back it up, he stepped down and let Martin take the Alpha spot. I wonder why Martin is suddenly grumpy and showing some action simultaneously :p bring on the nominations lol.
