OK! TV's Jeff Brazier is introduced to the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Service by John and his son Joshua, whose life they saved. After hearing their incredible story, Jeff sets to work to help make their wishes come true. With only a few days to arrange everything, he has his work cut out for him in order to meet his deadline to give the fundraisers and volunteers of the Midlands Air Ambulance Service the surprise of a lifetime.

Meanwhile, Michael Underwood takes on the challenge of surprising this week's 'Heartwarmer', an unsung hero nominated by friends, family or colleagues. Michael ventures to Harrogate to say a huge thank you to an extraordinary lady whose endless energy, drive and determination is an inspiration to not only her immediate circle of friends but also everyone she meets.
