Terri Dwyer meets the wonderful women of the South Gwent Breast Cancer Support Group. They have been helping people who have been affected by breast cancer for 17 years, and in these tough times they need all the assistance they can get.

Meanwhile, Sheree Murphy travels to Epsom to meet an incredibly deserving couple whose son tragically passed away. Out of their grief, the pair have set up a charity that has made many people more aware of, and helped those affected by, the cardiac risks that affect the young.
