Ching-he touches the raw beef with her left hand and then proceeds to handles raw veggies (red chilly followed by fresh beans) without washing her hands. This is a serious health risk. Even if she is on the streets of China Town and running water is not available, she should have at least wiped her hands after handling raw meat.
