It’s the fifteenth anniversary of Frankie joining the fire service, and a party is in the works. When a call comes in about a fire, Frankie and Elphie set off. When Frankie breaks down on the way, Hayley is called in to airlift Elphie to the fire. Frankie is mortified that he’s broken down, and thinks it is because he is old. But the water that Elphie has stored is not enough to put out the fire, so when Tom fixes Frankie’s engine, he speeds off to put out the fire. The day ends with a fabulous party and to celebrate Frankie’s fifteen years of experience!
