Tom tries his hand at painting but things start to go wrong when he is called away to a fire at Friend’s Farm. Without realising it he causes paint to be sprayed all over Jumpi – and the City Hall! Kimmy thinks someone has been spraying graffiti and demands something is done about it, so Max starts an investigation. He mistakenly thinks that Jumpi has daubed the paint on the City Hall, but once Tom returns from the extinguished barn fire and explains what happened, Max realises he’s wrong. Tom goes back to his painting and Max ends up cleaning the paint off the City Hall walls, with Jumpi’s help!
