Martin and Mia overhear in the Café that Bobby is thinking of putting Max up for the Best Police Trainee Award, and they excitedly go to tell Max. Max busies himself trying to solve the strange activity going on in the town – people are getting hit on the head with something small and hard and round. Determined to get to the bottom of it, Max and Timba go on night patrols, which result in Max oversleeping and missing the School run. But it seems that all Max’s night work is in vain, however, when they discover that the culprit is a little squirrel, who has been dropping his discarded nutshells on everyone!
