Martin, Mia and Jumpi are writing stories for a school project about a robber, a fire and a car accident, but these papers get mixed up with some invitations being delivered by Kimmy, causing the citizens to believe these are real incidents. With Bobby and Tiffany away from the City, it’s up to Max to solve the suspected problems, and when Bobby and Tiffany return they find the City Of Friends has been shut down!
