It’s a very hot day. Ted, Max and Tom are in Friend’s Forest building a log cabin for Martin and Mia. It’s a surprise, so other members of the emergency services are keeping the children occupied elsewhere. Trouble starts when Martin and Mia decide to go to the Forest to cool down. Not one but two fires start, one of them being in the not yet completed log cabin. Elphie and the emergency crews put out both fires, but as the big surprise for Martin and Mia is now ruined they are promised a new log cabin – but it will be built on a cooler day!
