I had experienced something similar, the builder i hired pulled out the whole bathroom, wall tiles everything and left. I paid him upfront and it was in Wolverhampton.

Great work, no sympathy for the Cowboy builder shouldn't of taken on the work! now he is paying the price. I sympathize with the family and hope she has a full recovery. Just goes to show the generosity of the companies that donated furniture and time. There's truly more good people than bad in this world. Wish you all the best for the future & a happy life. Let this be a lesson to all the con-artists

Builders lie and cheat and promise work they are so quick at taking your money but when they are broke they go bankrupt and start again the next day and start a new company and trick and scam more people and they get away with it !!!

I am looking forward to this episode immensely. Dom and Mel do an outstanding job on the show.It promises to be another excellent series and I am glad that more cowboy builders around the UK will be exposed for what they are.
