    Ditch the new camera boys , you cant beat a good hole in the ceiling and popping your head in to survey.That extra time would have given you the chance to install a cranked beam and enable the customer to realise the proposed layout. The new en-suite looks good but does not seem fit for purpose as the lady will soon require wheel chair access , takes us back to the original layout and the camera?

    Yes, there are bad builders out in the community, however, the majority are skilled, hardworking tradesmen who care about the work they do for people, providing a high standard of quality work. Cowboy builders I feel gives the wrong image to the pubic making them suspicious and anxious about employing a builder tomenhance their home. There are scanners are unscrupulous people in every profession including hospitals and it is generally builders that are targeted. please leave these skilled and hard working tradesmen to earn a descent a living in hard times without being tarred with the 'cowboy builder' stigma.
