What music do you use as the theme tune for your coverage at the end of the highlights show?

All of you slating Channel 5 are hilarious. It's a free channel offering free highlights, and you are all moaning about it, with the exception of the last three comments. Appreciate that somethings in life are still free to watch and enjoy, and stop complaining!!

You guys.... Channel 5 unfortunately cannot get the highlights show up online when they want to because of licensing issue. Sky has the rights to show their highlights show online before any other channel so channel 5 has to wait until sky has put their show online and this is why we have to wait for channel 5's catch up service to go online

23.30 and still no highlights. All the above (with the exception of Stu G ) are absolutely right, the service is pathetic. We worry about deporting terrorists, we should deport Murdoch first. For God's sake get a grip!

Now when you say 4 hours after broadcast do you mean the start or the end of the broadcast? I'm presuming that you mean the end of the programme as its 11.10 and STILL NO HIGHLIGHTS!!!!!!!!!

It is disgusting that our national summer sport is never shown live on terrestrial television. The ECB are killing the game in this country by selling the broadcasting rights to Sky. I refuse to contribute to Murdoch's sleazy empire and I am disappointed that national heroes like Botham seem to have no qualms about taking his dirty money. pingsa ora

Get it sorted Channel Five, I'm doing exams and on the verge of a breakdown, your already dire highlights are all that are keeping me from the brink. You don't want that on your conscience, do you?

I deliberately chose to watch the football over the cricket thinking I could catch up on the player and such a disappointment that its not yet available, expecially after a dire football match. There can be no excuses this is just shabby Chanel5, truly shabby.

Having read your Help statement, it begs the question Do you have the rights to show tomorrows highlights?

also channel 5, if your hands are tied as to when you can show the highlights due to rights issues then we'd much rather know that was the reason. Otherwise it just looks like you're not really trying hard enough, which is worse.

Considering that you already have the 'play of the day' both interviews with teh captains and the post day analysis already up to watch the extra time to make this available seems to be rather daft. Considering we spent most of the day batting and the play of the day are clips of Strauss' fabulous 102* I'm not quite sure how much more the full highlights will show that I haven't already seen. Apart from the adverts which generally not worth viewing. In response to Lazza, sadly the money that sky pays for the rights to england cricket matches makes a huge difference to the rest of the english game quite far down the leagues. The cost to the game of selling the rights for less to another 'better' broadcaster is more than the improvement in highlight showing times.

Just finished watching the footbal land thought I would finish watching these highlights....As Mark directed us to in the coverage on previous days....What a dissapointment.

Within 4 hours of being broadcast? That completely defeats the point of a highlights service. For test matches that take place over weekdays (such as this one) people who a) are at work all day or b) refuse to watch sky coverage must wait until nigh on midnight before seeing the highlights of the day's play...I don't think so somehow! Echoing the sentiments of previous comments: what a disappointment indeed; especially given the quality of the Channel 5 team.

Doesn't the tv show even promote visiting this website? I missed most of it but thought I could catch up now that I have the time. What a disappointment.

Bearing in mind that the highlights package has already been compiled and transmitted at 7pm, I'm struggling to understand what technical issue is causing such a huge delay in transfering that package onto the website. My theory- this is about advertising- the Demand 5 highlights appear to be advert-free for this series, implying that no advertising has been sold for it. The TV highlights do carry adverts, so are these delays a way to force people to watch the highlights on TV, together with their accompanying "messages from the sponsors"? For those of us who cannot afford expensive sattelite packages, these highlights are very important, and this service, i have to say, has been very disappointing.

Great that Rupert the Aussie crook Murdoch can dictate who can watch their national team playing their national sport. Shame on the likes of Gower and Botham for taking the Sky dollar. I got evicted from the Rose Bowl once for slagging Sky off right in front of their cameras. The steward actually apologised to me but Sky rules OKAY! The Ecb have prostituted our national game. Disgrace, Disgrace, Disgrace.

Dear Channel 5, When exactly are you going to upload your highlights show? After the conclusion of the entire series?
