I suggest viewers with difficulties watch in the morning or before you go to work - that is the ONLY time I have been able to watch it. Has there been ANY response anywhere about these problems from Channel 5?

I can see no way of playing this and have not been able to all Summer. Please C5, advise how it may be played - ie can we have a play button, please? I am running Firefox 13.0.1

Absolutely fine. good coverage as usual. Smooth running and no buffering. And no adverts. Please channel 5 technicians could you give some help or explanation to the viewers who always seem to have so much trouble watching this service. Thanks Channel 5.

Avoided knowing the score, and then they put up Eion Morgan as performance of the day right next to the screen! Thanks C5.

Wasn't amused that having avoided knowing the score, it had Eion Morgan as performance of the day immediately under the screen!

Worked fine for me, just watched the whole thing with no adverts beyond the initial 80 seconds at the start, on Safari on a Mac. It would be nice to be able to rewind (30 seconds, say) to re-watch something cool.

Just another quick note to say that Mark Nicholas's commentary in this game is really bad. Hysterical and reactive he hit a low point here. Mark - take a listen to some of your silly shreiks here and take note - you need to make a few changes in style and sound more like a cricketer than a 12 year old.

Outlines England's dominance in world cricket at the moment. You can see why this AUS side struggles in Tests as all the batters bar Clarke are flat track sloggers

Exasperating. The fast forward/rewind hardly works at all, just causes it to freeze and jump. When I paused it to write this comment the wretched thing reset itself to the start and now I have to start again, adverts and all - and I daren't use the FF. If C5 can't provide the service, please give it to someone who can in time for the Ashes! PS: Why is the C5 programme info not available to the tvtv online service? I can't record it online so this wretched service is the only option.

Is this service run by A 14 YEAR OLD IN A BACK BEDROOM? I is dire! All I get is an ad about a Scotish bloke losing his phone, then a blank screen! IF YOU CANNOT GET IT RIGHT 1ST TIME EVERYTIME GIVE IT TO THE BBC IPLAYER! I Love my cricket, and cant afford sky. I will tolelrate the adverts but the site HAS TO WORK!!!!

Do we really have to watch the ads as well.........and no way of fast forwarding and if it "stalls" it jumps back to the start so all I have seen so far in the last 10 minutes are ads and more ads and the introductory conversation.....no play at all

Does ANYONE CARE at Channel 5 and this amateur website that this page is the most unreliable thing on the whole worldwide web? On all available evidence, they don't give a monkey's proverbial. Appalling service.

We used to see the highlights without the ads. Since they have been included the service has got worse and worse. In this latest edition the sound of bat on ball could be heard before the picture showed the ball being released, images aren't sharp, Simon's analysis was cut in mid flow and, like a previous poster, the pictures died during a commercial break. All in all, it's not good enough.

LISTEN UP CRICKET FANS!! Ok so Channel 5 don't get the highlights show up when they say they're going to. This bothered me alot during the Indian series last year but just chill out and watch it the next day. One day it might change but this is how it is for now. It's really ot that much of a big deal. That said, Channel 5 could you please please please please change the music for the open titles? It's so awful and cheesy. God.. It could be so much cooler with a bit of decent music. I'm done. Come on England!!

8 hours of play condensed into 45 minutes of coverage is a great thing. But having to spend nearly 8 hours to watch that coverage online because it keeps cutting out during adverts and not re-strating is plain ridiculous. Over 2 hours trying, just got to end of England innings!!! Won't bother again!

I'm bitterly disappointed, my evening spoiled by lack of cricket highlights. Where is the catch-up service that was advertised? Nothing! Nowt! This cricket parrot is dead ... it has gone to meet its maker. Grrrrr...... not right, not right at all.
