This is the most shocking service i have ever seen channel 5 should be ashamed of themselves,how can the 3rd one day not be available but the 4th is? what a shambles big brother is always up,its pointless it being on channel 5

It's effectively unwatchable - the visuals are far too jerky and buffered to make any sense so a lot of the action is missed, the ads cut in at seemingly random times, in the middle of the programme itself quite often, and the site keeps giving away the key stories and results of the matches, barely a few hours after the first showing on TV. All in all, a bit of a shambles. The best things are the scorecards and innings manhattans, because they don't move!

This coverage is like a promising innings. Good build-up, accelerating to the climax and then - missing a long-hop and oblivion. England near victory and the feed freezes. If C5 were a player they'd be dropped next week...

this is absolutely appalling-I pity the advertisers as I will not be buying anything from them in protest-what is the point of having this sevice if it constantly freezes-bring back bbc at least i player works

i love the chanel 5 coverage of the cricket . but the quality of your ondemand service is terrible. all vthe other channels seem to be able to offer a service that isnt JERKY and constantly spaming up. and is nothing to do with what browser you are using. because ie9 is just as bad as google.sort it out channel 5.

Player 1 Is Dead
Another Channel 5 balls-up - managed to watch the 1st half of the highlights without too much incident (the Aussie innings) but cannot view third part of the show due to constant freezing of the action - how many times must people complain on here Channel 5? For me currently, your customer experience sucks big time and it's only because I can't get the highlights any other way that I try and watch them on your website. I hope someone out-bids you for the rights next time round as you guys are failing the basics with this on demand service. What doesn't the moderator post a comment informing all the loyal cricket fans of what exactly the problem is? Please sort this infernal nuisance out. Cricket fans have been complaining for MONTHS about this, yet you have done sweet nothing - do you hold your viewers in such contempt? Really poor.

I've now tried 4 times to watch this highlights package and every time it crashes.....Advice to anyone is to watch it on Sky if you're lucky enough or wait for some bootleg highlights to appear on Youtube...This Channel 5 On Demand isn't worth your time.
