Elisabeth Harnois is hitting her stride as one of the exceptional young actresses in Hollywood. She recently starred in the Disney motion-capture film Mars Needs Moms, opposite Joan Cusack and Seth Green. She also appears alongside Val Kilmer in Weinstein Co. release Riddle.
Born in Detroit, Elisabeth moved to southern California at the age of two. She began acting a year later and soon earned credits in the features One Magic Christmas and Where Are the Children. She played the lead in the Emmy-winning series Adventures in Wonderland, for which she won a Youth in Film award.
After 15 years as a working actress, Elisabeth enrolled at Wesleyan University in Connecticut to study film. While in school, she appeared opposite Angus MacFadyen in Façade and opposite Matt Czuchry in Swimming Upstream (2002). Since then Elisabeth has gone on to star in titles including Pretty Persuasion, with Evan Rachel Wood and James Woods; Strangers With Candy, opposite Matthew Broderick and Amy Sedaris; Chaos Theory, alongside Ryan Reynolds and Emily Mortimer; and Tom Ford's A Single Man (2009).
Elisabeth's TV credits include One Tree Hill, 90210, Dirt, CSI: Miami, Criminal Minds, Cold Case, Without A Trace and Miami Medical.
