Nick learns fromthe district attorney that Carl Bowden, whom the CSIs helped put away for murder seven years before, is about to walk free. The original evidence used to convict him is tainted by its association with a crooked cop, Sam Vega. To keep this violent killer behind bars, the CSI team has to re-examine the evidence years after the crime was commited to find enough new clues to trigger a retrial and prove once and for all that Bowden is guilty.

The CSIs delve into Bowden’s history, looking for any previous crimes that he might have committed and were overlooked, but for which he could now be tried. With Bowden's history of anger management issues, it doesn't take the team long to turn up a possible earlier assault in which a young woman barely escapedwith her life. Can it be proved that Bowden was to blame for this crime?

    Folks, I got the episode to work by going to "Tool", "Compatibility View Settings" and then added Channel5.com. Has anyone tried this?

    always freezes and this has been going on for months..it is the worse player compared to iplayer,more 4 and itv player. It means I miss CSI and then it I wont watch anymore.

    This site really needs to be fixed soon you are letting every one down how can the adverts play fine but the programe you want to watch wont it is ridiculous this problem is on every programe i have tried to watch this is really anoying for me this is because i tryed to watch this and the new csi miami and i couldnt watch it please fix this problem NOW

    The ad's are playing perfectly , unfortunately CSI isn't . It's the first one I've ever had a problem with : ( . I use 5 Demand a lot and never had a problem : )

    I which all the csi was on bbc,itv and ch4 because we will then get to watch then with know problem. And why ads play ok, but the show.

    Sounds like Channel five are reallly failing at the mo. i go to 'watch series' instead. I finaly gave up after the service was terrible and i had enough.

    same as jo. this and neighbours. Adverts run smooth but soon as the program is about to start, it either stops completely or just stop starts and takes 40 minutes to get thru just 5 minutes of the show. Channel 5 is diabolical - a fifth rate channel.

    Channel 5, how come you can run the adverts perfectly again and again but the moment I get to the programme I want to watch, it stops and judders and is basically unwatchable?! Rubbish service. (Same issue with Neighbours)

    Okay, I just want to see if it's just me but this played perfectly up until 36:14, when all I heard was static for about five seconds and the picture was pixellated with an earlier scene. After that, the audio was so out of sync with the visual that I had to really concentrate to figure out what was happening. Usually, this service works really well for me. I figure there's just a problem with this video. I'm sure Demand5 will look into it.
