again missed the start of csi on channel 5 as it is not advertised enough, just found it and on epidode five, absolutely devasted, sort out your advertising channel 5

Really annoyed that the new series wasn't advertised! I have now missed the 1st and 2nd episode as I didn't know it was on by the time I found out neither of the episodes were available on 5 on Demand or catch up! What is the point of an on demand service and catch up if the show is only available for a short time?!?! I am now trying to find out if the the series is going to be repeated at some point in the future so I can watch it all!

For a start the new series of csi was not advertised enought. And now because of missing it on tv i am trying to use this service and it's not available. What is the point in having a demand service if you don't have anything on it to watch?!

Is this a conspiracy to get viewers to turn over to other channels? This long awaited first episode was not on Virgin catch-up and then all that was available on this site was adverts - the programming freezing as soon as it was supposed to start. Will not bother with Demand 5 in future - my life expectancy does not run to 150!

Major problems with the ad breaks, freezing between ads and having to refresh the page and skip to the same point or just after the ads. Only JUST managed to get this episode watched before it was taken off, luckily didnt need to resfresh again. NOT A USER FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT USE AGAIN, will find a streaming site that works instead....

Disappointing service. I finally found this on catch up only for it to disappear again so I used Demand 5. I won't again. Freezing half a dozen times. Take a leaf out of iplayer's book. If the BBC can do this so well why do you at 5 do it so badly, the technology must be out there.

I was very annoyed to find the first episode of CSI was not On Demand, I even wrote to Virgin Media, also something else I missed was Jack Taylor, that was not repeated On Demand but the first episode was. Strange that the things I have gone to watch On Demand and are missing are all Channel Five programmes. I have now started recording everything again so that if it is not on demand I can at least watch it in my bedroom on my "black box"

Does not work at all on Linux (openSUSE 12.2 with FF19 and Chrome). Just won't start. BBC, ITV, Ch4 all operate OK. On W7, it started but video froze several times during the teaser and occasionally before 1st ad break. Mostly OK thereafter. Bit of a pain keeping W7 on a machine just to watch Five - and get interrupted by blessed software update reminders.

I have said before since up grading to windows 7 I have had no problems with demannd 5. But tonight I can only get the Ladbrokes advert then it freezes with 60 seconds to programme. Have tried allsorts with no results. Going to bed disappointed :( oh may be not ,its started to work as I type :)

quality not the best but error on my part at first in not allowing flash player access to the site, little trouble with buffering too in the 1st quarter of the programe but if you want to keep up with the series it is acceptable

Worked ok last night 11:40pm, watched on pc, normal BT connection. Do agree with posters. Demand 5 seems to get overload and can't cope, so you have to wait a day or so and watch at an odd time for the episode to work. Okay CSI, let's see how the series unfolds. The 'does he leave/not leave' issue is re actor contract renewals at the end of series seasons. Two CSI actors usually sign late each time, hence end of series cliffhangers!

Has anyone else notices that Nick Stokes ( George Eads ) has really let himself go? Is this for the show? As Nick really seems to have changed since season 12, i think he has alot of issues since Warrick was murdered and Grissom left. I mean he has turned in to a real bad ass and that's not Nick. I don't think he has ever properly grieved for his loss of his best friend Warrick, i would like to see the show elaborate on this issue.

I usually only tune in to watch endless ads because the show never plays properly or I watch the show for 10 seconds at a time before it drops out again and again and I give up. I would comment on the show if I could actually watch it but if you want me to review the endless revolving ads, I could do that. Actually today even the ads didn't play properly. If the BBC can do it why can't you Channel 5?
