If it is broken take it down or put a notice up. Last time I complained about this I was told only moderators not technicians worked Sundays therefore it will be Monday before we get a notice telling us it is broken but of course the technicians will be back by then and so it will be fixed. Inbetween time we all get to tear our hair out in frustration, Channel 5's reputation gets done irreparable damage. The advertisers all take note and beat them down on price when their contracts come back up and over all there are no winners, except perhaps the moderators who from time to time get to take down a particularly nasty and offence post. Pity they aren't empowered to write posts saying helpful like, it's broken, sorry we'll get it fixed as soon as we can.

It took about 20 attempts, but eventually got to watch it, in small screen; full-screen would freeze quickly, even when I changed browser - it's not a browser issue. I'm sure that C5 will sort out the tech trouble, with better investment. I Miami, though, mixed signals - H starts by arresting an actor for illegal gambling, but then rewards a mother and son for - wait for it - cheating at illegal gambling. However, this doesn't give anything away from the actual story line, but more reflects H's mixed-up value system. But shame this is the last series. Miami's characters, story lines and "cinematography" are much more watchable that CSI New York's.

WHY IS IT THE ADVERTS RUN PROPERLY AND THE SHOWS LIKE CSI MIAMI AND TRUE JUSTICE WHICH BY THE WAY ARE THE ONLY TWO SHOWS I WATCH ON FIVE, ARE STOPPING ALL THE TIME, I CAN START SAY CSI MIAMI AND AFTER THE TITLE MUSIC HAS FINISHED IT GOES BACK TO THE ADVERTS AND STARTS AGAIN FROM THE BEGINING, PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AS YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS IF THIS CONTINUES, AND WITH NOBODY USING THIS SITE THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE IT DOWN, I DONT WONT TO SEE THAT HAPPEN BUT THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING I CAN SEE IT HAPEN. Don't know if I was just lucky, or if Ch 5 fixed the problem. What I did was when I got to the stage where the programme would go into the first ads, I moved the counter hard to the right. Somehow, it took me on to the next part and just kept going - and (don't tell anyone) no ads. Of course, I could tell you now whodunnit, but would I do a thing like that?

Yes - same problem. Gets to the first ads break - naturally, nothing goes wrong with the ads - then stops and goes back to the beginning. I can recite the so-and-so first sequence verbatim!! Bet I have to retype this comment, because the second security word hasn't come out! Talk about proverbials and breweries!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep! the same thing is happening to me too! I have problems during the Commercial break where when I'm in Full Screen Mode, I have to hit Escape because the screen is blank, but when I do that, the Ads start again. However the Episodes are usually ok, except that is for tonight! Definitely lower standards compared to 4oD, itvPlayer and BBCi because things more frequently go wrong with Demand Five's player, but the only other thing thats annoying but we've all had to get used to is that whenever there is a failure, The various Ad agencies appear to be given preferential treatment so there's almost NO chance of things going wrong when their Ads are being shown, have you noticed? Less problems during Ads, More problems during Episodes! Please sort this out and look for a better long-term solution Demand 5, otherwise people won't come hear anymore and you'll have more problems with the people who advertise with you then!

well just to let you know channel 5 as this isnt a first time programmes are playing up constantly on your site decide to complain to ofcom maybe they will kick your btts into gear as you are obviously not interested in your viewers comments

took me 2 hours to watch it as it kept locking up and stopping and going back to the start - this not usually happens so I hope it's just a glitch :) Great service otherwise.

the Demand 5 player is the worst of all the TV companies streaming sites - it's always hanging up, going back to the start - if I were the sponsors of the shows I'd go elsewhere rather than get my name linked with poor quality technology and performance

I get about 2 minutes in and it cuts to an ad break.. So I wait for it to finish, then it starts all the way from the beginning again.. Continuous circle! Sort it out please!
