Excellent episode, adverts not a problem. Tuned in at 21.04 and stop,start to the finish at 22.48. Why do we not have a problem watching the adverts and yet while watching the programme it's stop/start.

Every week it's a trial to watch. I end up having to watch it in bits since it crashes a lot or there's a problem and it won't play, or it takes well over an hour to watch. I mean why is it such a big thing to ask for it to run all the way through just once without me having to restart it? I don't have this problem with other sites. There is nothing wrong with my computer, internet or flash player.

Channel 5 you need to sort your stuff out! This is BEYOND frustrating! I got 12 mins in before the screen went black then went on to ads. All i want to do is to catch up on CSI but it seems impossible, this happens EVERY WEEK! You sorted it out last time so what's the hold up?? Only 2 days left to watch so i probably won't get the chance now. What is it with the programme only being on for 7 days anyway? How are we meant to catch up when we get back from holiday? This channel is an absolute JOKE, no wonder everyone i know doesn't watch the channel for ANYTHING. Ridiculous. Oh btw i have reported the problem but whats the point? It's like you're deliberately ignoring us. Burying your head in the sand won't help.

another hour and a half to watch 40 minute episode and still only got half way through before gave up completely. Everytime i go to watch a progamme on five demand i have to report a problem as it is always freezing or stopping altogether. Never have this problem with other catch up programs so frustrating that you can not put comments when you report a problem.

It's not my connection or speed, it's not my flash player. 5 you should make programmes available for more than 7 days - it takes that long to watch a full episode...Pah!

It is working today, but I can't pick a programme cos of the survey thing. It won't take no for an answer. Don't mind being asked, but it won't go away, even if I answer. Word verification is unreadable mostly too. Pity

I have audio but picture is completely frozen. Funnily enough the ad's still run fine though, odd that aint it!!

Title of this show should read: "Direct Line Ad" because that's all I've seen - they're certainly getting excellent value from their ad. Have seen it over 10 times now, in my vain attempt to watch CSI. Ads go to black screen with sound then stall. I'll try once more, after that I'll never know who 'did it'. Sorry 5, this happens far too often

Fantastic, I really enjoyed tuning in to watch the adverts. The program between the ad's is the usual shambolic mess. I can't see the advertisements because it never ever works properly! It really can't be that hard to run a string of advertisements together is it. Is the monkey's monkey running this site?

im having same issues, keeps stopping. has got to about half hour in twice and gone back to start, adverts cut in halfway through words etc. its shocking!!! bbc, itv and 4od are all fine.izasedi

Ok, for those saying it's internet connection, Wrong! I can watch youtube stuff on full 1080p HD, other demand sites work fine, and im running average of 18mbps. Its only channel 5, and loads of people have the problem. Its the flash player they're using. It does need sorting out though, You'd think with the number complaints they get, it would be sorted already. Worked fine until half way then stopped and started. Please 5, fix this issue.

it keeps stopping........it is not the internet connection, 4od and itv player and bbc i player are fine. it is demand 5 that has the problem. if it was the connection we couldn't see anything.

I just wanted to say thank you for providing a lousy service when I tried to watch CSI Miami. I tried 5 times to watch it and saw repeat adverts but still could not get to see the show.But I went to the BBC and watched Last Night of the Proms with no difficulty at all,
