why does horatio never look at the person he`s talking to, he`s always looking at the floor or at someting else and i thought he was a criminal investigator not a police officer so why was he first to attend the scene.

You can always try watching the repeat on a Thursday on 5USA if this does not play. Must admit the alligator bit was a bit gory and says a lot about using mobile phones near water, you never know what is lurking.......

Lol I agree this could have done without the gator, but it wasn't that bad an ep, i was lovin the cool clock thing they had goin on. Ppl, plz just enjoy for what it is, flashy trashy FICTIONAL escapism. If you're gonna hate all over it what are you doing watching it on D5 anyway??

Pretty Nasty now days. getting gorier by the season. They never used to show as much blood and grusom stuff. I think it is better. And something I never knew. They use linux OS for there computers. Amazing. Oh and funny how some have problems but some dont. well does that not say something? Change you ISP and get faster broadband or even better. Get a better computer oh and always update your flash player or you will get video unavailable. DUH!!!!!

How does the head of CSI get to be a first responder or even among the first responders to an emergency call?. Wouldn't he/she be in the ladoratory or in court or carrying out an investigation?. Other CSI franchises (New York and Las Vegas) don't make this mistake but the writers of "Miami" always do. The "Miami" writers often have David Caruso's character promising to find the guilty party(because he's such a hero!) even before he could be aware a crime has axtually been committed. This is my least favourite of the CSI franchises ...only saved by Eva La Rue and Emily Procter for obvious (and very shallow) reasons.

well everything is fine on my pc... maybe its not CH5... maybe its your pc, or something on your pc... it could even be your internet provider... i have never had a problem with AND online service from CH5, CH4 ITV, BBC it may be worth using a different browser like google chrome or firefox...
