A brand new, eco-friendly, longer trailer arrives on the firm’s fleet and driver Mark Dixon is the first to test it. At almost 16 metres long, the Enviro Trailer can carry 20% more goods at a time than the regular carrier – but will its new longer length prove to be Mark’s undoing?

In Southport, urban warrior Jimmy Callaghan is busy doing battle with some troublesome bollards and his woes behind the wheel of a rigid truck do not end there.

It is the countdown to the biggest day in the trucking calendar – Stobart Fest. This year, 15,000 fans are expected to flock to see all their favourite trucks and truckers – but will a fire on the way to the venue stop Tim Fox and Mark Dixon?

Whilst being a fan of the show, I am a little confused over the Enviro trailer sequence! At the training depot the trailer had a red side piece in between each of the rear wheels but when on the road one of those boards had mysteriously disappeared! Can anyone comment on this mystery please?

remember parts of this series was all filmed well in advance ( 1-2 year ago) so stobarts could be the first if not one of the first companys to try and test the new trailers out on uks roads

Just watched it via the internet, really good programme, ashley seems to be the most genuine out of a really great bunch of featured drivers.I hope they get a few days added to the holiday entitlement for having to stand in the sun at stobartfest. FIRST CLASS VIEWING FOR ANY TRUCK FANS.

If Mark is the first person to drive this trailer, then how did it get to the depot he collected it from?
