Why does the thing keep buffering then stopping the adverts were fine and now its stopped compleatly. If you can sort itthat would be great. Kind regards L.W

Tried to watch Emergency Bikers several times, really enjoy this programme. Keeps freezing to the extent that the programme is unwatchable. Very disappointing that Channel 5 seem unable to rectify the problem, or have the courtesy to explain what is happening and what they are doing to resolve the problem.

Really poor playback of episodes. Kept freezing even before start of programme. Channel 5 - you're iplayer tech dept.should sort this.

Hi. This freezing problem been going on for some time now channel 5 and you do need to sort it out ! It's not fair on your frustrated customers and the companies that advertise with you. I'm a biker and love the show - but can't watch it ! I think there may be some conflict with flash player - but why do the adverts work? I suppose they have to work - for channel 5 to secure payment. Great shame on the IT department at channel 5. I have a business and I wouldn't give em a job - no way.

kept freezing & annoyingly had to go back to the start of the show & go through adverts. The adverts played all ok, it is the TV show that keeps freezing.

Just caught up with all the episodes i missed due to work. Love the show. Did have one or two problems before trying to watch and froze once or twice but still managed to watch them.

Same here. Do wish I could download it, then watch later-or even pause so it can load. But no- adverts work well, and play happily over and over, programme doesn't. And when I tried to report using the button - the video popped back on top of it, almost as if they don't want anyone to complain.

worked fine for me the adverts kept freezing but the programe ran fine.

First ten minutes okay. Therafter, a couple of words said and the transmission froze, with all commentary stopped. Useless.
