http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_music_on_the_fear_itself_advert_shown_in_the_UK_on_channel_5
Answer:
Mat Jones posted to the comments under the Fear Itself trailer on the Channel 5 website:
From the channel 5 team - "Unfortunately, the music used in this trailer is a piece of production library music which is not commercially available. We do not have any track or composer details but it was supplied by the Epidemic Sound library."
To the person asking about it stopping and starting? In America programmes will be shown for about a few mins, then the opening credits start, then there will be an advert break. After the break the whole programme will run until a break before the end credits.
Hence why you will notice odd breaks in some programmes :)
The OP asked "what the music is that plays on the Five* trailer for this show". So they're asking what music was used in the advert for the new series, not the music in the show itself.
I've been trying to find out too, it's some kind of dubsteb. Sadly no leads yet.
Also why are you showing episode 4 next? i guess since they are stand alone eps it doesn't really matter but i hope that 2 and 3 will be shown and not just skipped over
Misic is song: Lie, Lie, Lie by Series of a Down' -from Serj Tankian's first solo album called 'Elect The Dead' - I have found out lots of music I liked just by googling the series and episode. When I get the title of the music, I then find it on YouTube.
Does anyone know what the music is that plays on the Five* trailer for this show? I've tried using Shazam to find out but had no luck. Who will be kind enough to put me out of my misery?

The dubstep music in the Five* advert is a track called Dubby Steps 3 by Niclas Gustavsson.

The music is "Lie Lie Lie" by System of a Down front man Serj Tankian, from his first solo album "Elect the Dead"

Funny how the adverts all run smooth as a babies bum, but the actual program stops and starts like the British economy.
