David is set the challenge of giving an opinionated couple's garden the wow factor on a budget of just £1,500. Bonnie helps footballer's wife Danielle Lloyd to inject some life into her designer yard, which is completely bereft of plants, and David pimps a dingy Nottingham shed.
To Sandran, my neighbours cats leave their mess all over my garden. It's disgusting when you are weeding and come across buried cat mess. So, I think the tea bag idea is a GREAT IDEA, truly inspired and can't wait to give it a go. Maybe they will then go in their own garden. Great show by the way, really love it.
Pity you mentioned about deep heat on a tea bag. In our area we have had our cats almost poisoned and very distressed as some one had decided to put vapour rub on leaves and put them where our cats would go. The cats get this on their paws and their first instinct is to try to get it off by licking it which makes it burn even more. They also got it close to and sometimes in their eyes. This was horrible to see my cats in such discomfort and the vets fees didn't help either. If I had found out who had did this I would have sued them. I understand not everyone likes cats but if they had come home drenched in water it would have been better!
All the photo canvases, the darts images and the beach scenes were from CanvasRus - see suppliers lists above. I've bought from them before and they're great!
Loved watching the second episode. So glad we were able to come and watch from behind the scenes for the Pimp My Shed and the Minimalist Wow Factor! Just a shame we didn't get to meet Danielle Lloyd.
Can't wait for the third episode now :)
Garden show more for beginners but still fun to watch. Good to see three different gardens being renovated in one episode. Loved the gamble of choosing what budget available as we all want a great garden but not the luxury of a large budget.
Handy hints & tips were good too. Will be out to the shops for tea bags & deep heat to scare away the stray cats...lol
I loved the programme last night 13/07/11 where Garden ER transformed a blank garden into a beach theme garden. Looking forward to seeing this one online. Very inspiring!
We throughly enjoyed wacthing the preogramme as well. Bonnie and David did a brilliant job with the gardens. Check out the Garden ER website! www.garden-er.tv!
So proud of Bonnie Davies, we thought she was absolutely brilliant and a complete natural! Love from all your family at Davies Brothers Nursery (www.daviesbrothers.co.uk)
I thoroughly enjoyed this programme, looking forward to more episodes for more ideas, pity my garden isn't 3 times its size, love to have room for a hot tub!
Really good programme. Would be great to also include insect and wildlife habitat boxes into the designs, or even a bumblebee nest that you can buy for home gardens nowadays. Keep up the good work!
I think the first show was a breath of fresh air in gardening tele! Well done, and look forward to supplying more plants for other episodes. Chris - Gardening Express
