What a fantastic end to a brilliant series :) looking forward to the next series already! Loved the Naked Garden theme that David used in this episode as he did for the RHS Hampton Court Show not so long ago! I found the Garden ER website if anyone wants to see more tips and hints to help them with their gardening :) http://www.garden-er.tv/

Absolutely loved the final episode & thought it was the best one. As usual Bonnie was brilliant & so was the work she undertook on Will Mellor's garden. Hopefully there'll be a 2nd series next year?

Clear perspex gazebos are a deathtrap to birds, they fly into them, and break their necks. Most gardeners like birds and wildlife, absolutely stupid idea, the programme makers should know better.

I agree about the perspex gazebo. While it looks good, I would never want one because of the harm it can cause to birds.

We have a nice size back garden, but no almost nothing about gardening. So little in fact we have plants growing, but dont know what they are. If we dont like or they dont flower we dig up and plant others. To have a garden makeover would be fabulous

Platic grass, lilac fencing and worst of all, poor fish in a glass/perspex fish tank. Absolutely rubbish. Trashy, chavvy and damaging to wildlife. Channel 5 should know better. Absolutely terrible.

Thankyou for all your comments. Unfortunately we are unable to advertise the name of the dog spray, but it is readily available at garden centres and also larger pet stores. And for those of you who enquired, If you click on the 'Suppliers list' above, you can see who supplied both the artificail turf and the perspex Gazebo. I take the comment on board regarding birds flying into perspex, but in the case of this garden, it is a small area surrounded by plants, which will prevent a 'fly-path' for birds.

PS Another tip from the programme is that instead of dog spray, if you put a little tomato juice, or tomato ketchup mixed with your dog's food, it will neutralise the acid in their urine, which prevents burning if they urinate on the lawn.

Er....What's the difference between a perspex gazebo & a glass (or perspex) greenhouse? And a negative comment about a typing error. Stop whining & look at the positives!

This is not one of my favourite gardens, for the budget I think it's the worst one. Hated the perspex gazebo!

I can't believe somebody want's to know the difference between a gazebo and a greenhouse, a greenhouse has a very visible framework, and is usually stocked, a clear gazebo can be metre's square, no framework, invisible in the garden, all seen people walk into glass doors ...... same thing.

Regarding the comment from JDyer about birds flying into gazebos,we are talking about garden birds here, not migrating birds, who use a " fly-path,"garden birds are inquisitive, and fly everywhere in the garden, when on the ground and startled, fly up in whatever direction they are facing,at about a 45 degree angle,so if close to a gazebo, into it. Gardening programmes should discourage people from using them, not encourage. Also mirrors should never be placed in a garden.
