Izzie comes face to face with Denny’s ghost when she and Meredith are asked to assist Erica on an experimental procedure on the patient who was given the heart that Denny was supposed to receive.
On finding out how Izzie managed to get Denny pushed up the transplant queue, Erica forces her to sit with the patient throughout the operation and talk him through his pain. However, this is still not enough of a gesture for Erica, who still has every intention of reporting Izzie to the medical review board. Will Erica really inform on her colleague and friend?
Meanwhile, Cristina focuses her energy on the skills lab competition, in which the winner gets to do surgery on their own. The pressure to win the competition prompts several of the interns to the morgue to practice their skills. This leads to Owen confronting Cristina, telling her that, if she has only become a doctor to win competitions, she has picked the wrong profession.

Is anybody at 5 reading what we write? This is the best show on all of the freeview channels if casualty and holby city are on early why not this show that is a million times better. We are all watching it on demand 5 or missing it because of the time you are showing it. Advertise the show and put it on earlier please

DITTO.. to all the above and the 38 comments last week. Do you not listen to your viewers? 5 minutes earlier than last week is no good C5, it's like giving a mere drop of water to a thirsty man. I see it's on at 4.10am next week too, I shake my head in disbelief. I am now enjoying watching the repeats from series1 on 'Really' at a jolly decent 8 O' CLOCK.!!! You don't seem to understand what a good show this is and those of us who have watched it faithfully deserve to be able to continue watching it through to the last episode at a decent hour. For goodness sake if anyone at C5 reads these comments at all, pass them on to someone who has the power to do something about it. PLEASE!!!

Yet again Greys shown after 4am. Why is Big Brother dominating the Channel like it is, every decent programme is pushed around the schedule for the sake of this drivel. If I wanted to watch people acting like morons, I can go into town any night of the week and do that. Please Channel 5, show Greys at a reasonable hour and let us watch a programme that we all enjoy.

Being someone who gets up at 5.30am, my evenings are short - so why is the only decent Channel 5 programme shown in the middle of the night. I agree totally with the previous comments, especially the ones pointing out that prime spots are filled with rubbish like Big Brother. Get a grip guys!

I agree with all the above, I love Grey's Anatomy but wouldn't watch Big Brother if you paid me. Please put this excellent show on at an earlier time and if you only advertised it a bit you would get better viewing figures. Most of my friends didn't even know it was on Channel 5 at all.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one frustrated and annoyed at this stupid o'clock scheduling. Surely that timeslot is for "filler" shows, old repeats etc, not something so popular we've all been waiting for! When I realised that they were showing the next season I thought I must have missed all the adverts. From reading all your comments I gather there weren't any! Channel Five can only think we all have Sky and have already seen it. Totally bizarre.

From being one of channel 5's flagship programs four years ago, this excellent serious has been releagated to obscurity. Whats going on channel 5? This is one of the good quality programs on channel 5, soon i wont be even watching channel 5 at all.

ok so if i manage to remember to record it at 4am my recorder freezes! I watched the last ep on demand 5 and it kept freezing and missing the end.. PLEASE put it back on at a sensible time!!!!
