Following her surgery, Izzie’s first murmurings herald the arrival of Derek, who has a number of questions to ask her in order to determine how successful the operation has been. To everyone’s relief, she answers them all correctly. However, when for the third time Izzie asks how surgery went and gives exactly the same reaction to the response, the medics begin to fear the operation was not an unqualified success.
Derek and Meredith join the trauma team, which is dealing with a man who was horrifically injured when he jumped in front of a bus to save a young woman. As Meredith tries to comfort him, he desperately tries to tell her something; sitting at his bedside, the girl he saved tells Meredith that he is a prince who literally swept her off her feet.
Meredith and her own prince finally get the chance to tie the knot. Having given over their slot in church to Izzie and Alex, she and Derek have booked a date at City Hall. However, with Derek forced to reschedule, things don't go exactly according to plan.
Having her honeymoon in the ER, Meredith is startled when she realises the identity of the disfigured trauma patient. At the same time, Izzie suffers a major setback. With two of the staff on the critical list, is Seattle Grace about to be irreparably changed?

how can they just chop and change like that. last week i read the synopsis and at the end they mentioned the 'bus crash'. but now i have just read it again and they removed it and added it to next weeks episode. i watched this weeks one right to the end and wondered what happened.

007 is what they used to call him, a nickname. And he wrote 007 in merediths palm with his finger. If you are that desperate you can watch greys anatomy online? just google it, im up to season 8.

my recording did the same thing so watched the end on here but still unsure. Scene cuts to izzy in the lift dressed to go to the prom (when Danny died) the lift opens and George is standing there in uniform and they just look at each other and it ends.

Absolutely LOVE Grey's, but also wish it was on at a decent time. Don't know what the hell Ch5 are thinking?! Can't wait until season 6 and annoyed about the ending. Also, would other fans please not ruin it for others by giving the plot away! At least put *SPOILER* before you start waffling on...

I can't understand why Channel 5 put this great show on at 4 a.m., I rate it as one of the very best shows around and it has consistently had rave reviews and awards in the U.S. A run at prime time may well project it into focus in the U.K. too.

I think that it is rediculous that this great program is on at 4.00am. It' s not as if the rest of the schedule is fantastic. If you stop putting on the same reality show's then there would be plently of room earlier in the evening for this program. It's not as if the content is full of violence ,sex and obscene language.

I wish Channel 5 would show earlier series of Grey's Anatomy. I watched Grey's for the first time on Really and saw series 1 and 2. Am desperate to see the whole lot now but no-one seems to have series 3 and 4.

I m loving Greys so much, but having to wait a week is so annoying. I went online to try and find a site that u could legally watch season six but found nothing, so have resorted to 'love film', first month is free, downside is waiting a few days to recieve the next cd! - All seasons are available.

Have just watched the last episode again as the ending was excellent,sad and enexpected.But I agree with so many others,why oh why so late?used to on around 12am then suddenly after 4am.I'm quite happy if you put "Big Brother" or other such rubbish)I know some people like it! on at that time,but such an excellent programme? come on some sense please.Thank you.

Wake up Channel 5. Grey's Anatomy is prime-time quality and CSI repeats are rubbish, (comparitively). Do you understand Channel5? Grey's Anatomy is one of your best programmes, even your American spell checker knows, Grey's is a prime-time-show! Fellow fans, I think we should keep posting our remarks here, (where else?) and perhaps someone at Channel 5 will grow a commercial backbone. Series 6 at 9pm please, 10 at the latest, what's wrong with you Channel 5, don't you have any idea at all ??? Do you get it yet? Don't your sponsers ever watch TV ? OK, chill out, relax and be open to commercial sense. Don't give up, it will come to you, relax, think RATINGS, ratings, ratings ... relax, be open and good TV sense will find you.

The person wbo asked about 007, it's from way back in season 1. George killed a patient (I can't remember how), and they called him 007 "License to Kill". I'm so glad this episode was on Demand 5. I saw this season and the following one online 2 years ago, but for some reason Ep24 didn't play.and I missed it. Now the whole story makes sense.
