Biography
Brax is the eldest and most revered of the Braxton brothers, whose daredevil surf stunts have earned him the respect of his Mangrove River peers.
In his teens Brax was one of the original River Boys, the surfers who first braved the rocks and rips at Wilson’s Beach, and put their Summer Bay rivals in the shade. As the most fearless of them all, Brax earned a respect that brought with it power and influence.
He may look like a beach bum, but Brax has the brains as well as the brawn to get what he wants. A reluctant hero, his loyalty to his roots is at odds with his determination to escape Mangrove River and make something of himself, by launching a legitimate business.
A charmer with a twinkle in his eye, Brax has enjoyed more than a few romances through the years, as well as an on/off relationship with surfer chick Tegan. This may have evolved into 'friends with benefits' in recent years, but Brax had never been in love before meeting cop Charlie Braxton, whose tragic death at the hands of one of his rivals he has struggled to overcome.
