@Newmum where have you been ? Whereas I can see that some might find the content a little shocking, it does reflect real life and as sarah says there is no nudity or activity to be seen, it's all left for us to imagine. At 19 most girls have some experience rightly or wrongly it is life and has been since time began ! Relationships can't start unless the people fancy eachother you've got to admit Newmum but it's whether you give in to the inevitable pressures and urges is another thing.Sarah meant literally as in pro-creating new life and I agree sex does in the end make the world go round. As long as we're not hurting others or ourselves let's not judge, life's too short LITERALLY

OMG - Newmum ! Of course sex makes the world go round otherwise none of us would be here Newmum ! I don't know what sort of life you have lead but believe me boys and men think about it all the time and I spent my teenage years and early twenties fighting off such attention. Real relationships start off as lust which can lead to love otherwise we wouldn't be attracted to one another. It's natural and hormonal and hard to decline although I did myself but can understand others with lust and racing hormones 'screwing' as you so eliquently put it. It's a primevil urge to procreate and although I could never be promiscous I don't judge others except if they end in unwanted pregnancies. No reality checks needed here, perhaps closer to home ? I didn't agree with April's shockingly wonton affair with Heath but the writers are just reflecting real life and Newmum it is about LOVE and LIFE

No I agree with P. there is too much of it. Sarahjane if you believe sex makes the world go round then you really need a reality check. I especially find Dex and April sleeping together so much really bad. She's only 19 and both her relationships with Dex and Heath have had sex as a core part of them and it's 1. utterly appauling, and 2. gives no sense of a real loving relationship. If it wasn't for the fact that I can relate to Bianca's baby being permature (mine was born 10 days ago) i would have stopped watching H&A when Dex and April said they were in love and then proceeded to screw each other. THAT ISN'T LOVE OR LIFE.

But P there is too much suggestion of sex in most things but that's life, sex IS life. I don't feel there is unnecessary sex for sex sake in H&A and there is no nudity or any touching but it does make the world go round (literally) and we can't get away from it.

There is to much suggestive sex now in almosy every episode and inside the watershed laid down in England I have watched from episode 1
