Came across this film by chance, i'm no film buff, but what a load of old tosh. The acting is horrendous by almost every member of the cast. I've seen some of these actors in other productions and they've been pretty decent, not in this load of old codswallop though.
I think that the film is very nice and very cute. I love the plot and I believe that its a good film for the family but maybe not really for men. I think that there are some difficulties with the technology but otherwise very nice.

For the second time today I have tried to watch films on demand 5, got half way through them, then they have stopped playing!!! That's why stick to BBC iplayer - much better quality!
Sweet, enjoyable film, suitable for all the family. More of a comedy so the poor acting can be overlooked. For me, unfortunately, there was no chemistry between the leading couple, although, I liked them individually.
I've seen and enjoyed some dross over the years but this was just dire. I only watched it for Greg Wise (who was good) but that woman couldn't act her way out of a paper bag if it was on fire.

I was dreading watching this because I thought it would be the usual aweful hollywood set interpretation and some pirate-topodemornin accent that only exists in American tv/film, but the accents here are actually spot on. For that alone I enjoyed it.
This is a great film for those who like saccharine with their syrup :) I enjoyed it, dinner scene at the beginning was sort of funny but felt sorry for her - I was wondering what brought about the 'Honeymoon for One' when I saw the title.
