Anne Henderson comes into Jack´s local pub and asks him to find her missing daughter.
Before long, Jack is submerged in the grimy secret lives of Galway’s outwardly respectable middleclass citizens. The plot thickens when the bodies of four girls turn up in the river and Jack´s old paratrooper friend Sutton arrives in Galway, luring Jack back into trouble.
When Jack´s favourite barman then dies under mysterious circumstances, everything Jack believes in begins to unravel, making him question even those closest to him.

First time on the system. Bloody useless. Runs adverts I don't want to see and then freezes on the last frame on the advert. The advert was for the Wales Tourist Board. I bloody live in Wales. I'm here anyway.

What happened to the end of this programme - it stopped before the end - most annoying. More annoying was the fact that I had to watch duplicated commercials while waiting to see if the programme would continue. Rubbish system.

watched Pikemen on my TiVo - thought it was good so came here to watch this - i won't be back if i can help it - trying to watch something that doesn't work is worse than nothing to watch at all...

Why aren't the ads included in the running time? They should be fast-forwardable if they're not included. And why an ad break right before the credits? Good programme ruined by unavoidable ads and constant freezing.

Why doesn't the running time include the adverts? If we can't fast forward through the ads, then they should be included in the running time. Very annoying as won't have time to watch it all now - especially as it keeps freezing. What a rubbish online video experience.

demand5- sort yourselves out ! I haven't been able to watch one programme in weeks without the screen freezing or going grey.I have given up on jack taylor after re-starting four times,and will soon be giving up on channel 5 if things don't improve
