Mike returns to his old neighbourhood and discovers that a bartender friend has died in suspicious circumstances, leaving his daughter Julie (Alona Tal) in charge of the bar. Mike resolves to help Julie get things in order, but soon learns that someone else is determined to put her out of business. And when an unsavoury crowd threatens to take over the premises, Mike may have bitten off more than he can chew.
