Watched CSI.NY almost all the way through,10 or 15 mins from the end the screen went blank,waited ages then tried again with no luck so now I dont know how it ended.I did try again and it went back to the beginning for about 10mins then went off again so gave up.

Can't believe I have reported this at least ten times since yesterday and others have reported it as well AND there are so many comments and STILL no-one has responded or fixed the problem...!!! Makes you wonder what is the point of having a system to report faults or post comments if those reports and comments are then ignored. Five - please feel free to correct me and reassure us that I am wrong in thinking that we are all being ignored!

Finally showing as full time, though nothing official from 5. Now lets face fact the weekend tends not to have all the staff on and the putting on the web is automatically done by batches. Monday morning and it has been fixed. Though it does amaze me you can have someone mod and that person not acknowledge that there is a problem and they are looking into it, even if it has to wait until today o be fixed, just a little customer service would be nice.

"Me again"... Just wanted to report that the problems I had was when Using GoogleChrome and FireFox, but then I tried MSIE (V9, which I never use otherwhise) And then it worked. Based on this I would say that this most likely is "bad coding", when something only works in MSIE and not any of the other browsers its usually either because the use of "non standard compliant coding" or plain old "bad coding" that MSIE just "forgives". unfortunately I haven't got safari on this computer so I couldn't test if that works.

Tried going back to the beginning as someone suggested, still gets stuck and then reverts to ads. Fix is someone AND tell us when you have fixed it please.

I hardly have any problems with screen freeze etc, and my computer/connection isn't high power. If it does just pause and refuse to keep playing I've found that exiting this screen, then going back and re-starting cures it. Once you get beyond the ads at start you can click and drag to reach the place where it 'froze' and continue watching from there. I must be lucky most things just play with no issues!

This is getting ridiculous Demand 5!! So many of your shows have problems like this and your home page is always jumping about as more and more adverts load! I very rarely watch things on Demand 5 anymore because when I do try to I always encounter problems like this.

total disaster. Tried to report it, but couldn't read the two words to validate my complaint. Really disappointed. It's been bad before, but never like this. stop start, stop start, and then finally at 10 minutes. stopped for good.

Come on guys, I post a comment and it doesn't appear I try to report a problem and you cant even complete the form as the page keeps refreshing and covers the form with the video. Improve your service you're getting pretty poor views here

I just reported the problem - you have to scroll down the screen to fill in the form since the program window covers it up at the top of the screen. Hope they actually fix it soon!

Two things: Why does this happen every week? It would help if the "Report a problem with he video" was actually working and not half-hidden by the screen. Actually a third one, a reply would help once in a while Five, just so that you can pretend that you care about your users.

streaming stops after 9minutes and will only repeat that section and ads via slider. It reports itself as only 20.14 long anyway. Last line audible is "sorry for being so useless". Quite.
