    I have to agree that the mistakes on Demand 5 are getting a bit too frequent and take forever to be sorted but what I find irritating is the lack of information. I don't think it's too much to ask to be given a rough estimate of when these mistakes will be put right. What is the point of a comments wall if no attention is paid to it accept to delete some, and yes I have reported the fault as well.

    And the thing is, last week you had a problem with "Body of Proof" where you had the first 2 minutes of the episode playing over and over. It took you 2 days to fix it.. Now this too. It's not that it's the "end of the world" or anything, but what's up with your support team?

    And the other very weird thing is that when I go to the "report a problem with this video" thing, it says I'm using Internet Explore for a browser. I'm NOT. I'm using Firefox, so how are you going to do diagnostics when your data gathering isn't getting the right info? I really don't understand why we can't write anything in the "report a problem" field either. Seems like a pretty ineffective way to troubleshoot technical problems.

    i am having the same problem and have reported it but now sure how long it takes them to fix it... keep refreshing and trying again but although it says it is episode 2 and it actually shows the subtitles of episode 2 the actual episode it shows is last week's.... very frustrating.... anybody found a fix?

    So it's broke, it happens. It happens a lot here, a lot more than it should but what is most irksome, most infuriating is the complete absence of any acknowledgement of error. This is unforgivable Demand five. An appalling lack of courtesy and a disgustingly low level of service

    E-mail complaints, I think we all should I mean how hard is it for them to add a post saying 'Sorry programme unavailable'. They seem to have money to burn on moderators, perhaps one of them could post it

    E-mailing complaints doesn't help. The auto-response starts by listing reasons a response may not be given, which covers most types of complaints including technical ones and it then goes on to say Channel 5's Customer Services team is available 09:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 on Fridays. We are closed all day Saturdays and Sundays and on Bank Holidays. An answer machine service is available out of hours and we respond to all messages that require a response. A detailed summary of all telephone calls and correspondence is distributed to Channel 5 staff members each day. So a 24/7 broadcasting organisation takes weekends and bank holidays off. I don't think we've any chance. I will publish the full transcript to stop anyone else wasting their time

    Now we get a link ("Find out why?") to a message that suggests the problem is that they do not have the rights to show L+O-SVU at all. Please, we all knwo teh real reason is a technical foul-up. Someone from Channel 5's service team (or even that busy moderator) could at least post a reply in this Comments section. How hard could that be?

    Finally acknowledgement the programme is unavailable, how hard was that Demand Five, quite hard I'd guess as it took you nearly two days. Not all good news though, the post offers a link that suggests the programme is unavailable because the rights to broadcast aren't there which is obviously rubbish. I'd also like to know why demand bothers to list programmes which aren't availible anyway

    Wow some of you need to get a life. So a service you pay nothing for has a delay fixing a fault for some tv programme. Big deal. I like law and order too, but if it isn't working I go and do something else, not throw a strop on a comments board designed for inane wittering about the prograch and wondering why Channel 5 don't acknowledge your pain and call in staff over the weekend (admittedly this time my alternative entertainment was reading all the comments and despairing of humanity).

    I don't work for channel 5, I just have a sense of perspective. This means that if a tv programme isn't working properly I shrug and decide to try again later. I do not fall into some alternate reality where channel 5 are evil suppressors and where I must embark on a crusade to expose THE TRUTH, where channel 5 delete any posts that state this truth (but not, oddly, posts that mention the fact that they are doing this, or several other posts that mention poor customer service) and where anyone who thinks this is not a rational course of action is obviously an employee of the enemy. It's time to put the laptop away, step away from the television and spend some time in the real world. Use the "campaigning" skills you seem to be practising here for something useful- there are far worse things being done to other human beings than not being able to watch their favourite programme for a little while. Why do yourself and the world a favour and get angry about them?

    Helen your sentence structure is more convoluted than anything this series has yet come up with. As you are not an employee of Demand Five you cannot then know the contents of the posts removed by the moderator and this necessarily weakens your argument which wasn't very strong to start with. I do assure you none of them branded Demand Five evil nor did I ever accuse them of suppressing the 'Truth', indeed I wasn't arguing for a particular truth but instead that they acknowledge a fault to put their customer's minds at rest, something which they eventually did. Interestingly when they did finally take action activity in this comments section dropped markedly and I hope they have taken this lesson on board. As to the removed posts; in the main they were copy/paste items of text taken from Demand Five responses to complaints, all generic. My particular interest in this whole issue is research work I am currently undertaking into Web Based TV channels. So I get paid to spend my life looking at Internet Television and I assure you that isn't how I spend my spare time. Finally when it comes to a sense of perspective perhaps you'd like to review your most recent post.

    This was an excellent episode, and very thought provoking. Thank you demI have to say thoughand 5 for sorting out the problem, finally. I have to say though that Helen's comments are very strange. At no point have I seen any comments calling channel 5 evil suppressors or anything close to that. She is obviously trying to make the point that antone complaining is over reacting. We have a right to complain if a service is at fault. If I have missed any comments saying that channel 5 are evil suppressors etc I do read every single commentapologise Helen but to be honest I found better things to do with my time than read every single comment on this wall. Maybe rather than insulting everyone else you should take your own advice and "spend some time in the real world" lol

    I just watnt to say that i love watching CSI and Law and Order, they really are great programmes all you need now is to bring back CSI: Las vegas and criminal minds and it would be perfect!!!

    Try getting repeats on Sky. I've tried on quite a few occasions and never got through to the repeat I wanted. I just don't try now. Channel 5, thank you, I've had no probs with you.
