Fury fought well after his knock down he came back well but up against better opposition they won't give him a chance to come back so he has to watch his guard in the first place. Nice win for Eubanks Jr not much was shown in this fight but he did what he had to do. We will see how his future pans out.

Enjoyed the nights boxing. But the refs decision to stop the fight was way off the mark. Pajkic was in better shape after the 2nd knockdown than the 1st. Even the 1st knockdown was only a combination of rabbit punches. The 2nd he caught him ,then Pajkic was falling away. When he rose he was in better shape than Fury the round before. Then they exchanged blows in the corner but Pajkic still looked strong in the legs.Remember this guy was canadian champion, unbeaten and had won the first two rounds and it was a title fight . I think Pajkic could beat him in a rematch.

Thank you Channel 5 for a great! night of Boxing! A lot of Boxing stars were made likes of Benn Eubank,Naseem,Bruno through Terrestrial TV in the 90's this could certainly happen again Hope this becomes a regular Saturday night on 5 Keep up the great work!!! :-)

In reply to: Millsy 17-0-0 Now with 12 knockout ... A no-hoper ? Show some respect for what is looking like a future world champ. He got floored and still got up and start to really hurt Neven who was also 16-0-1 at the time. Could you really say Neven could have gone on much longer without really getting hurt by who? The No-hoper ??? Tut Tut ...! Maybe it is time you started watching Tennis, cos I bet you are as "up" on that aswell ... !!!

Eubank jnr looks lyk he has ot the makings of a vey good pro boxe nd congrats to him on first pro victory. Fury's fght was dissappointingi personally dont rate im hes too scrapy and more lyk a back street brawler than a boxer nd he just won that fight nd hes far to over rated for my liking

Disappointed didn't get to see the rest of the under-card with James Flinn fighting for the English title. Fury is over-rated but Eubank Jnr looks very promising.

Great stuff channel 5 for putting on some British boxing. It is nice to have an evening in to watch the boxing without having to put matchsticks in your eyes until stupid o'clock in the morning!!

Credit to Channel 5 for showing boxing to the masses. Chris Eubanks Jnr looks like an interesting prospect, but will only be able to breathe and grow the further he walks out of his fathers shadow. As for Tyson fury, please please wake up! If Neven Pakjic had possessed any boxing skills other than raw power, ie, a guard, head movement and the knowledge to work the body of a taller opponent who possesses a with a longer reach with combinations before smashing in hooks to the head, then Fury would have been found out. Fury is fat and clearly does not train properly, for if he trained to match hos asperations, then he would clearly not have the physique of a fridge monster. Slow, cumbersome, his only defence is his height. He will never aspire to greatness and his rambling tribute in front of the TV camera's post fight to IRA heroes such as Casey McGowan shows how pathetic this individual really is. True heriosm can be found in many places, in Afghanistan, Iraq, and we have enough of our boys out there to attest to this fact. He is nothing more than a fat media hunting wannabee. British boxing in recent times has seen too many of these wasters embarrass on the world scene due to their appalling lack of ability and class. Channel 5 should be applauded for what they are doing, but also have a duty to promote the bests interests of british boxing, and should not be giving a platform to no-hopers like Fury!!

Has to be said, Neven Pajkic is a brawler and he came very close to stopping Tyson. Should Tyson fight a serious contender for any of the heavyweight titles he would probably get found out, his conditioning is suspect and he frequently leaves his left hand too low. This would be an open invitation to get clocked with an overhand right, right cross or even right uppercut. If Tyson was to face either Vitaliy or Wladimir Klitschko they would KO him in short order. If Tyson is to make any impact on the world scene then he needs a lot of work on his conditioning, far tighter defence, his movement (head in particular) and his jab/combinations. Congrats to Eubank Jr., a real prospect, with the right training & management he could go far, early days yet.

Fury's height and Weight helps him out. if he was 6 3 or 6 4 and weighed few stone less, he would not be where he is. He'd be losing alot more. He is sloppy, too much blubber, not in shape. He is way too conceited.

  • funkdoc

    funkdoc

Fury is overated at 23 he's supposed to be fit he doesn't look it at all. Worst of all, no jab to keep this guy at bay who floored him with a wild shot. If he is serious he needs to do a Khan get rid of the yes men find a serious trainer in the States, get rid of the blubber and work on the jab. Fury is very fortunate heavyweight boxing is in the state it is! Eubank jnr very talented, more than his dad too! Better mover, faster hands n throws combos, hope he inherits dad's granite chin!

Hey Linsphil, I respect your opinion but as bigbuzz has said, Fury is in there and having a go. There aint a great deal around in the division so good luck to him, sure he is not going to be Ali, but good luck to him. You seem a bit spitefull in your comments..are another british armchair warrior who has acheived nothing in the sporting arena ? I was at the NEC many years ago when Chris Eubank first fought Nigel Benn...you rating his son above him already ? you must be quite an expert. Sorry not in your league, I was just an amatuer who fought at 67-68 kgs (21-9-3)

Eubank Jnr looked really good for a pro debut - showing great promise. Another great show by Channel 5 on terrestrial tv... if you want to appeal to more serious boxing fans, you could show more undercard. If there's no time on Channel 5, why not show the undercard on 5* ?
