PART 1: HELEN LEDERER

She began her career in BBC’s Sketch Show Naked Video back in the 1980s, but it was playing the lovable, yet ditzy character of Catriona in Absolutely Fabulous which really catapulted her to fame. We see a more serious side to her in her latest venture as she takes a look into her grandfather's past in new Channel 5 show, War Hero My Family.

PART 2: TOBY AND EMILY READ

Toby and Emily Read were told 8 months ago that their 5-year-old daughter Evie has a genetic disorder which will cause her to gradually lose the ability to walk, talk and even swallow. We hear how they are raising awareness of the disorder few know about - Ataxia-Telangiectasia. They’ll be alongside our resident Doctor, Ellie Cannon.

PART 3: JEFF BRAZIER AND SHELLEY GILBERT

Proving the only was is Essex for over 10 years now - original Essex boy and all round good chap, Jeff Brazier went head to head with celebrities from TV, music and sport in a footie match to remember. It was all in aid of all in aid of a charity which offers counseling and support to children who have lost a parent or a sibling. He is alongside Shelley Gilbert from the charity, Grief Encounter.
