trying to take things easy and watch a couple of programs and what happens is you only get to watch halve of it when will it get fixed fed up with this
8 seconds into the programme, (McBride) it happened again!! another frozen screen, this seems to be a channel specific problem as it does not happen with your rivals sevices. I have decided that before I go off to watch another provider this evening that I'd write yet another email of complaint. When are you going to listen to the many folks who plainly prefer watching Channel 5's superior programming listings which is evident by the high number of complaints you receive? It should be a wake -up call to you but, if you have no intention of improving your service to subscribers then you should remove the email facility provided to prevent us, the viewing public, from wasting our time complaining to you. What is wrong with Channel 5? The programs advertised are for the most part unavailable and when they are....they are unwatchable through losing the 'feed' time after time making buffering a prominent feature of Channel 5. Sort it out please!!!!! Tom Gibson.
