I loved the series and have enjoyed trying out various recipes, but one thing bothers me. How come the lady is so slim? Many of the ingredients seem to be very high in calories.

love the show, studied the recipes and did my first ever dinner party! It went down so well, the food was light, everyone had a great time. As a massive fan of mexican food, am really enjoying my new found confidence in the kitchen! can't wait to surprise my hubby on his birthday with his fave mexican dessert of churros with hot chocolate sauce...What a wife I am! Thanks so much x
