Very poor service. You may as well not offer as I have never been able to watch any NCIS thru D5. Perhaps you could offer an explanation to viewers why this is so?

the adverts play great but the programs stop start stop start this is the worst catch up player 4od bbc and itv is great but channel five ! you do need to sort this out !!!!!

if you are having the start stop on 5, I have found that clicking Report Problem with this video, seems to reload the video in front of where you'd validate your complaint and magically it works..... no glitches. might be just a fluke.. but this has solved three start stops in a row for me so feeling positive!!!! Hope it works for you too!

does 5od have to start / stop every minute or so, have the flash banner / adverts taken off spoils the viewing, sufferingsever buffering, get the probs solved 5OD. please.

No problems here. Try clearing your cookies and deleting your search history. Someone advised me to do this never had any problems since.

Ok, this is getting ridiculous. I always have problems with Demand 5 freezing every minute or so when I watch anything, but have tried to watch this about 7 times, and each time the adverts play perfectly, then it says it can't play the programme!! Sort it out Demand 5, please!

ok it's about time we started making use of the word DEMAND as in demand 5, myself and others like me who have to put up with the constant freezes in nearly ALL of your on demand programs, DEMAND that you get them sorted, or at least admit there's an issue here. I understand that everyone's set up is different but you've got to admit too many of us are having the same problem. It's not fair on your advertisers if we jump ship and watch it elsewhere (which a lot of us could do if we chose to) so come on channel 5, if your web designers can't do the job they are paid to do, give them a mob and bucket and a hefty drop in their wages (that should get them working a bit harder)
